南昌市居住小区环境与景观设计
Discussing on the Commercial Complex’s Internal Flowing Space Design under the Premise of Consumer’s Experience

【摘要】 居住小区环境与景观是人类活动的重要场所，承担着人们对美好生活的需求。而随着我国城镇化进程的加快，居住小区的建设规模和建设数量大幅度增加，加之受到全球化进程的影响，许多居住小区的设计和建设忽视了本地区特殊的自然环境、文化背景和风俗习惯等等地域特色，在形式上求新求异、盲目西化，很多城市出现千城一面的现象，居住小区环境与景观失去了鲜明的地域特色、人文情趣和场所归属感。自改革开放以来，南昌市居住小区环境与景观设计取得了巨大的进步，居住小区环境与景观从无到有，从量变到质变。但是，快速发展的城市化进程使得南昌的居住小区环境与景观的设计和营造存在着许多的误区和问题，本文从地域性的视角来探讨南昌市居住小区环境与景观设计存在的问题和应该注意的因素,并提出一些建议，以解决目前南昌市居住小区环境与景观设计存在的问题。在全球化的背景之下，提出植根于地域文化的居住小区环境与景观设计概念是十分必要的，因为只有民族的，才是世界的；只有植根于地域文化的沃土中，环境与景观才可能具有彼此不同的的独特面貌；只有具有鲜明的地域特征，环境与景观才会有强大的生命力。论文的第一章阐述了论文选题的缘由、研究内容、研究方法，并介绍了论文研究目的与意义以及研究框架；第二章阐述了居住小区环境与景观设计的相关概念，介绍了国内外居住小区环境与景观设计的历史和现状及相关的基础理论；第三章分析并总结了南昌市居住小区环境与景观设计的发展历程、现在存在的问题及问题产生的原因；第四章分析居住小区环境与景观设计的地域性表达的影响因素，并对南昌市居住小区环境与景观设计的地域性设计进行探讨。希望通过本论文的研究来完善南昌市居住小区的环境与景观设计理论，提高南昌市居住小区环境的品质，继承和弘扬南昌的地域特色。
【Abstract】 Residential district environment and landscape are important places of humanactivity, assuming the demand of people for a better life. But along with our countryurbanization, residential construction scale and quantity large scale increase, inaddition to the influence of globalization process, a lot of residential district designand construction ignored local special natural environment, cultural background andcustoms of regional features, in the form of new ideas, the blind westernization, manycity appeared the phenomenon of thousands of the city side, residential environmentand landscape lost the distinctive regional characteristics, cultural taste and placebelong.Since reforming and opening, The residential environment and landscape designof Nanchang has made great progress, residential environment and landscape fromscratch, from quantitative change to qualitative change. However, the rapiddevelopment of the city makes the process of Nanchang residential environment andlandscape design and construction exists many misunderstandings and problems, thisarticle from the regional perspective of Nanchang City residential environment andlandscape design should pay attention to the problems and facto rs, and puts forwardsome suggestions to solve at present, Nanchang City residential environment andlandscape design problems.Rooted in regional culture living cell environment and landscape design conceptsin the context of globalization, it is very necessary, because only the nation, is theworld; only rooted in the fertile soil of the regional culture, environment andlandscapedifferent from each other’s unique look; may have only a distinctive regionalcharacteristics, environmental and landscape will have a strong vitality.The first chapter of the thesis selected topic reason, research contents, researchmethods, and introduces the research purpose and significance and researchframework.The second chapter analyzes the concepts of the residential environment andlandscape design, introduced the domestic and foreign environment and landscapedesign of residential district on the history and current situation and then summarizesrelevant basic theory.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the Nanchang City residential environment and landscape design of the development, existing problems and thecauses of.The fourth chapter analysis of residential environment and landscape design ofthe regional expression of the influence factors, and the city of Nanchang residentialenvironment and landscape design of regional design are discussed.I hope this thesis can improve the environment and landscape design theory ofNanchang residential communities, improve the environmental quality of Nanchangresidential district, inherit and carry forward the regional characteristics of Nanchang.
