输电线路视频识别管理系统研制

【摘要】 将视频识别技术应用到输电线路巡视和故障监测中,能够大大提高其准确性和自动化水平。本文提出并研制了一套输电线路视频识别管理系统,利用微气象参数对覆冰、舞动、弧垂引起的输电线路故障所起的决定性影响来综合管理各识别功能。在研究视频图像识别系统组成和原理的基础上,提出了输电线路视频识别管理系统的结构组成。对微气象参数与输电线路故障的具体相关性进行了研究分析,总结得出了引起输电线路覆冰、舞动、弧垂故障的微气象参数条件。并针对输电线路视频识别的要求,进行了需求分析和开发方案的研究,要对输电导线覆冰厚度、舞动参数(主要包括幅度、角度和频率)、弧垂大小、杆塔上的鸟窝、线下生长物以及杆塔偷盗六类输电线路故障进行准确识别。另外,系统将微气象参数条件作为调用相关识别功能子程序的依据,实现了灵活的自动管理模式,能够提高效率、节省开销。最后设计了系统的组成结构、主程序和各功能子程序流程以及数据库表,并以Visual C++6.0和Oracle9i为开发工具,采用C/S模式和ADO数据库访问方式,利用多线程技术、提高优先级和锁定物理地址的方法提高实时性,在实验室环境下实现并测试了系统。测试结果表明,系统使用方便、界面友好,满足功能需要和实时性要求,具有较高的实用性。
【Abstract】 Video identification technology can be applied to patrolling and fault monitoring of transmission lines to improve the accuracy and automation level greatly. A new video identification management system for transmission line is designed and implemented in this paper, which makes use of the determining influence of micro-meteorological parameter on the fault of transmission line caused by icing, galloping and sag to manage different identification functions integrated.The components of the video identification management system for transmission line is presented based on the research of the components and principle of video identification system. The corralation between micro-meteorological parameters and transmission line faults is analyzed to sum up the specific micro-meteorological parameters that cause the icing, galloping and sag fault of transmission line. Accoding to the request of transmission line video identification, requirement analysis and development program are discussed. Six kinds of transmission line fault can be identified accurately as required, which include ice thickness, galloping amplitude, angle and frequedcy, size of sag, bird nest on the tower, grower below the transmission line and stealing tower. Besides, the system has automatic operation mode which is implemented by calling the identification subprogram according to the micro-meteorological parameters. That can improve efficiency and save overhead. Finally, the system structure, flow of main program and identification subprogram, and database table are designed. The whole sysem is implemented in laborotory environment. VC++and SQL Server2000are applied as the developing tools in this system. Moreover, the application architecture of C/S and the ADO way of connecting to the database is used to develop and research. The methord of multithreading, raising priority and locking physical address are used to enhance real-time performance.Test results show that the system with frendly interface is easy to use, can satisfy the functional and real-time requirement, and has good practicality.
