基于J2EE的医院病房管理系统的设计和实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着全球信息化浪潮的冲击,医院面临信息现代化建设的迫切需求。医院信息管理系统是医院信息现代化建设的核心,病房信息管理是其中重要的组成部分。稳定、高效、友好的医院病房管理系统不仅可以提高医护人员的工作效率,还有利于医疗设备和信息数据的安全使用和管理,增强医院现代化竞争力和影响力,在改善服务质量的同时保障医院的经济收益。本文在研究国内外医院信息系统发展现状的基础上,结合国内实际需求,利用J2EE相关技术和MVC三层架构模式,设计实现了一套功能完备、性能稳定、可扩展性强的医院病房管理系统。本系统的设计实现严格遵守科学的软件开发流程,在注重用户需求的基础上,从性能的优化方面力争创新,主要包括:利用Ajax技术加快页面载入,缩短用户响应时间;合理设计数据库并持续优化,提高系统性能;合理应用基础框架,加强系统的可扩展性和可剪裁性;设计实现多层次安全机制,保证系统的安全性等。本系统有较强的实用性,同时,对于类似应用软件开发设计者来讲,本文在系统设计思想、实现方式和关键创新等方面的阐述,有很好的借鉴意义和参考价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the impact of global information and the constant perfection and deepening of domestic medical insurance system, hospitals are facing the urgent needs of modernization and reform. The information management system is playing a significant role in modern hospital working context, whereas the ward-management system, a sub-system of information management system, also occupies an essential part in the management of wards. A stable, efficient ward-management system with a sound user-experience can not only boosts working efficiency of hospital staff, but also provides a better service of research and education with a safe and highly-efficient management of medical devices and information. What’s more, it can improve the competitiveness and influence of modern hospitals to ensure the profits and quality of service.This thesis reviews the development of hospital information management system home and abroad and strives to design a stable ward-management system with comprehensive function, high-performance and high-augmentability based on the practical needs and the J2EE technology and MVC triple-layered framework model. This design complies strictly with scientific software development procedures and attach great importance to user needs and innovate in the optimization of performance. The innovation covers many aspects, such as accelerate page load and shorten response time with Ajax technology; properly design and constantly optimize data base to enhance performance; properly apply the foundation framework to equipe the system with augmentability and portability. Besides, the multi-layered design can ensure the security of the system.This system is highly practical. This thesis provides great insight and serves as a reference for designs of the same nature with the theory and practice of system design and innovation.
