【摘要】 在二十一世纪的今天,全球医疗领域的信息化革命方兴未艾。各大高校的医务室在信息化建设方面也都加快了步伐,而在中国的中专职校的医务室还在使用传统的管理模式,没有专门的信息化平台,为了方便学校进行日常的医务室管理,加快学校在医务室方面的信息化建设,对此医务室管理系统的研究迫在眉睫。本论文的研究课题来源于本人为上海市贸易学校设计开发的基于C/S架构的医务室管理系统。本系统基于C/S架构,采用先进的Visual Studio.Net开发平台,利用VB.Net等技术,结合Microsoft的SQL Server数据库管理系统,方便客户端与服务器的数据交互。系统在学校原有管理系统的基础上,增加实现医疗管理系统的网络化异地管理,软件安装在服务器上,分布在不同地域的分校可共用该管理软件,各个分校可独立管理本部门的各项任务。降低软件的开发和维护成本,增强系统应用的可扩展功能和可移植性。上海市贸易学校的基于C/S架构的医务室管理系统即是在上述平台上实现的。医务室管理系统是一套比较完善的信息管理系统,主要应用于学校的无纸化协同处理医生、校内教职员工及学生、药品信息、诊费信息。本管理系统是一个由人、计算机等组成的能进行信息的收集、传递、储存、加工、维护和使用的系统,必然能代替过去大量、繁杂的手工操作。此外,还提供了一个简单的在线聊天程序,以方便心理医生对教职员工和学生进行心理辅导。本系统能帮助学校提高工作效率,减少纸质查询和进行工作的标准化。另外还可最小化各种风险,最终提高学校对医务室的管理能力。系统可对医生、病员、药品等各种资源进行调配并实现自动化管理。在人力成本日益高涨的今天,是学校医务室管理的得力帮手,同时通过医务室管理功能中的心理咨询功能来有效地协助学校的德育工作,对各种教职员工及学生的数据分析使学校在学生管理工作上能做出科学的决策,使医务室的所有活动服务于整个学校的综合管理,达到学校综合效益的最大化。通过应用系统证明,本论文所设计的系统具有良好的结构,架构的健壮性强,有较好的扩展性能,满足了预期的学校医务室管理的目标和要求。更多还原
