CPR1000核二级上充泵水力和结构设计

【摘要】 核二级上充泵是化学和容积控制系统的组成部分,其主要功能为给反应堆冷却剂系统提供上充水;给3台反应堆冷却剂泵的1号密封提供冷却水;用作安全注入泵,防止LOCA事故中堆芯的裸露。本文是对核二级上充泵的关键技术、结构设计、强度设计等方面的研究,对各关键技术难点和泵结构进行计算分析及强度校核来保证核二级上充泵的性能要求,通过计算和实验验证了核二级上充泵结构合理,性能先进,能够安全稳定的运行。
【Abstract】 Nuclear two charging pump is the chemical and volume control system components, its main function is to provide the reactor coolant system filled with water; give three reactor coolant pump seal No.1to provide cooling water; as a safety injection pump, to prevent the exposed core LOCA accident. This article is the nuclear charge pump on two key technologies, structural design, strength design and other aspects of research on the key technical problems and the pump structure and strength check calculation and analysis to ensure that nuclear two charging pump performance requirements, through calculation and experimental verification of the nuclear two on the charge pump structure is reasonable, advanced performance, able to secure stable operation.
