【摘要】 2012年是烟草行业管理体制改革30周年。30年来,烟草行业不懈探索,开拓奋进,走过了不平凡的改革发展历程。然而因为我国实行烟草专卖、垄断经营,中国烟草与国外烟草巨头之间存在明显的差距,在市场战略、组织机构、分销网络、配送服务等方面都亟待改进。在当前十八大召开、新一届政府力推改革的大背景下,推动烟草行业信息化发展进程,带动行业工业化、现代化,追赶国际烟草巨头的脚步就显得尤为迫切。本文从山西省长治市烟草公司实际应用系统出发,结合行业发展要求、公司信息化建设目标,在将营销专卖等工作的成果与国内国际前沿的企管理论相结合的基础上,设计并实现了能够达到长治烟草高效管理以市场为导向同时能够将企业各类工作集中处理的信息系统。长治烟草综合管理信息系统采用现在主流的J2EE结构,将企业工作中需要信息化管理的专卖、客服、货源、销售等功能紧密整合,实现了系统维护、许可证办理、客我关系维护、仓库货源管理、商品入网、卷烟供货服务、库存管理、电子结算、需求预测报表查询等功能,从而为建立一个以市场需求为导向、以烟草为核心辐射卷烟供应商和零售客户,可持续发展的战略协作网络奠定了基础,提高了企业的综合管理水平。长治烟草综合管理信息系统的设计和开发,充分利用了公司现有信息资源,同时为信息资源的进一步扩展整合奠定了良好的基础。本文用六个章节,从选题的背景和意义、系统开发技术的研究、系统的设计、系统的实现、系统测试、研究结论及前景展望分别进行了详细的阐述。目前,该系统已经成功在长治烟草应用,系统操作灵活、方便、快捷、精准,运行效果理想,适应了长烟信息化建设的发展需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 2012is the30th anniversary of the tobacco industry management system reform. For30years, the tobacco industry unremitting exploration and pioneering endeavor, past the extraordinary development course reform. But because our country executes tobacco monopoly, monopoly, China tobacco with foreign tobacco giants, there is an obvious gap between the market strategy, organization, distribution network, distribution services need to be improved. In the eighteenth big meeting, a new government push reform under the big background, the development of tobacco industry informatization process, industrialization and modernization drive industry, chasing the footsteps of the international tobacco giant is particularly urgent.This document from Shanxi Changzhi city Tobacco Company’s actual application system, combined with the industries development requirements, company information, building, with a view to the integration business practice and experience and advanced management concept, the design met the Changzhi tobacco intensive management, the customer orders organization for the business requirements, as well as multiple business integration application of information management system. Integrated Management Information System Changzhi tobacco use now mainstream J2EE architecture, the work of the enterprise information management needs of monopoly, customer service, supply, marketing and other functions tightly integrated,realization of the system maintenance, licensing handled off my relationship maintenance, warehouse supply management, commodity network, cigarettes delivery service, inventory management, electronic billing, demand forecasting report query and other functions, and thus to build up a market demand-oriented, to tobacco as the core radiation cigarette vendors, and retail customers, and the strategy of sustainable development collaborative network, so as to improve the enterprise level of integrated management.The Design and Development of Changzhi tobacco Integrated Management Information System has taken advantage of the Company’s existing information resources, and to information resources for further expansion consolidation has laid a good foundation. This document is divided6sections, the system development of the background and significance, and systems development technology research, system design.System Implementation, system testing, conclusions of the study and a vision for the future, for the details.
