注浆加固技术在地铁隧道结构沉降处理中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市化程度迅速提高,国内许多大城市都竞相发展以地铁为主干线的快速轨道。隧道施工技术和施工工艺发展也日趋成熟,其中盾构施工法以其对城市地面环境影响小的特点,成为城市环境下地铁隧道的主要施工方法。然而,在饱和、灵敏度高的软土地区,地铁隧道经常发生较大的不均匀纵向沉降,其对隧道纵横向的内力、变形、接头防水、及隧道正常运营的影响已不容忽视。高速运行的地铁车辆对轨道的平顺度要求极高,而地铁隧道是承载列车运行的构筑物,其结构体狭长,柔性度大,当结构受力失衡后,极易使狭长的隧道发生局部变形,从而造成轨道线形的变化,影响列车的运行。因此研究注浆加固技术在地铁隧道结构沉降处理中的应用,是非常必要而且迫切的。本文依托注浆加固技术在地铁隧道结构沉降处理中的应用做了如下主要研究:(1)总结了影响地铁隧道结构沉降的多种因素;根据地铁隧道本身的特点,论述了沉降监测基准网的布设与施工方法,隧道结构的沉降监测及监测数据的处理与分析,具体阐述了地铁隧道结构沉降监测的过程。(2)注浆加固技术在国内外的研究现状以及作用机理。(3)注浆加固技术在地铁隧道结构沉降处理中的工程应用以及注浆效果评估分析。国际隧道协会(ITA)在2000年盾构法隧道设计指导中提出在必要时将隧道纵向沉降的影响列入荷载种类的其他荷载项予以考虑,上海市地基基础设计规范对盾构隧道设计的规定中也提出必要时尤其在隧道下卧土层土性变化处应考虑隧道纵向不均匀沉降对隧道内力的影响,这表明隧道纵向沉降尤其是不均匀沉降对隧道的影响已经引起国内外工程界的重视。本文总结了注浆加固技术方法在整治隧道结构沉降的设计内容、施工工艺、质量检验等,并且分析了该技术在设计、应用中需要注意的问题,可供日后类似工程参考。
【Abstract】 Along with our country city degree improve rapidly, many domestic big city are racing todevelop rapid rail transportation system to the subway as the main lines. Development ofconstruction technology and construction process of shield also matures, the shield method tothe city ground low environmental impact, as the main construction method of subway tunnelunder the environment of the city. However, in the soft soil area saturation, high sensitivity,shield tunnel often occurred uneven longitudinal settlement, the tunnel longitudinal internalforce, deformation, waterproofing of joints, and the normal operation of tunnel effects can notbe ignored. Metro vehicle high speed running on the track smoothness requirements, andmetro tunnel is the load bearing structures of the train operation, its structure is slender,flexible degree, when the structure stress imbalance, is extremely easy to make a tunnel oflocal deformation, changes resulting in track alignment, influence of train operation. Study onReinforcement Technology in the processing of applications of metro tunnel structuresettlement so grouting, is very necessary and urgent. On the basis of grouting reinforcementdoes the following research technique in the treatment of subway tunnel settlement:(1) summarizes the various factors influencing the settlement of metro tunnel structure;according to the characteristics of subway tunnel itself, discusses the settlement monitoringreference net and the measurement method, processing and analyzing sedimentationmonitoring of tunnel construction monitoring data, the concrete describes the process ofsubway tunnel construction settlement monitoring.(2) the grouting reinforcement technology in the domestic and foreign research presentsituation as well as the mechanism of action.(3) evaluation of grouting reinforcement technology in subway tunnel settlement inengineering application and grouting effect.International Tunnelling Association (ITA) proposed in other loads when necessary willaffect the tunnel longitudinal settlement included in the load types considered in shield tunneldesign in2000, Shanghai foundation design code provisions for the design of shield tunnel isput forward in when necessary, especially soil soil lying in the tunnel shall be verticalinfluence of uneven settlement of tunnel internal force considered tunnel, which indicates thatthe tunnel longitudinal settlement especially the influence of uneven settlement of tunnel hascaused abroad attention in engineering field. This paper summarizes the design content,settlement grouting reinforcement method in structural repair of tunnel construction technology, quality inspection, and analyzes the technology need to be paid attention to in thedesign, the problems in the application, can be used for future similar project reference.
