供电企业降损增效探讨

【摘要】 随着社会的不断发展,能源的需求量也日益增加,而电能作为人类社会活动的主要能源,探讨和研究电能的节能方法和措施,对促进社会发展和提高经济效益具有很大的意义。当前,我国电能出现供不应求的情况,提高电能的利用率和减少电能的损耗成为节能的发展方向。同时,国家的相关政策方针也明确指出了节能的方向和思路,特别是供电企业的节能意义会更加重大。基于以上背景,本文首先介绍了线损的基本概念和组成,然后介绍了线损的计算方法,包括输电系统损耗、配电系统损耗等电力系统的电能损耗计算方法,通过详细分析配电系统电能损耗理论计算方法、均方根电流和平均电流的计算方式以及线损率的计算方法,具体说明了线损的来源和组成。之后,通过研究现有的线损管理方法和降损规划,以点代面地反映出当前供电企业在线损管理方面存在的不足和问题,并针对供电企业节能降耗的管理现状,结合实际供电情况,从技术和管理两个方面提出了节能降损的有效方法和途径:从强化管理入手,加大管理降耗和技术改善降损的力度,使设备的经济运行水平得到进一步提高,从而提高供电企业的线损管理水平。最后,通过对节能降损的效益分析,进一步证明了节能降损的重要意义和开展此项研究工作的重要性和必要性。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of society, demand for energy continues to rise. Electricenergy as the main energy source of human social activities, its energy-saving measures arediscussed and studied. It is conducive to the promotion of the economic efficiency of enterprises,the overall development of human and the whole society’s harmony. At present, the demand ofthe electric energy in China exceeds the supply and improving the utilization rate of electricenergy and reducing the power loss have become the development direction of energy-savingpolicy. Meanwhile the state policy also clearly points out the directions and ideas for energysaving. Especially the significance of energy saving in power supply companies is greater.Given this background, firstly the basic concept and components of power loss areintroduced. Secondly the calculation methods of power loss are introduced, including calculationmethods of grid loss, distribution network loss and low-voltage network loss and so on. Throughanalyzing the theory of grid power loss calculation method, the calculation of the RMS currentand average current and the calculation of power loss rate, the reasons and components of powerloss are specifically explained.Then in view of the energy-saving management methods and loss reduction plan in powersupply companies and combined with the actual situation of the power supply, the energy savingin two aspects of technology and management are presented. Starting with strengtheningmanagement, strengthen the intensity of management loss and technology loss, and theeconomic operation level can gain a further improvement. The management level of power lossin the power supply companies is also improved. Finally through the benefit analysis of energysaving and loss reduction, the significance of loss reduction and the importance and necessity forthis research work are demonstrated.
