【摘要】 针对建筑施工企业目前存在的安全投入相对匮乏、安全投入意识比较薄弱、安全投入分配不合理等问题,提出了基于DEA模型的建筑施工企业安全投入与安全绩效关系的研究方法。首先,介绍安全投入与安全绩效的相关理论、安全投入与安全绩效的计量方法及DEA理论。其次,阐述了相关学者对建筑施工企业安全投入与安全绩效的评价方法及其优缺点,说明本文采用DEA方法的合理性。然后,提出两大安全投入与安全绩效指标体系基础,结合DEA和建筑施工企业的特点建立指标体系,并结合C2R、BC2数据包络法建立评价模型。搜集大量数据,运用所建立的模型对A公司青岛分公司的安全投入与安全绩效关系进行分析研究。最后,针对我国的安全投入问题提出了一些意见和建议。本文应用DEA模型对建筑施工企业的安全投入与安全绩效进行分析,为建筑施工企业安全投入与产出分析提供了一个新的视角,这有利于安全投入的分析,为建筑施工企业的管理者科学的做出决策提供了参考依据。这不仅是建筑施工企业发展的需要,也是国民经济和社会发展的需要,具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 A research method which relationship between safety investment and security performance of construction enterprises based on DEA is proposed to analysis the exist problems about construction enterprises, such as relative lack of investment in safty, relative weak awareness about investment in safty, unreasonable distribution about safty input and so on.Firstly, the theory of safty investment and security performance, the measurement methods of safty investment and security performance, the DEA theory are introduced. Secondly, the scholars’evaluation method and its advantages and disadvantages on construction enterprise safty investment and security performance are elaborated to prove using the DEA method is reasonable. Thirdly, two major safty investment and security performance index system foundation are proposed. The index system is established by combining the characteristics of DEA and construction enterprise. The evaluation modle is established by combining C2R and BC2data envelopment analysis. The relationship between safty investment and security performance of A Company, Qingdao Branch by the established model is analysised according to large amounts of data. Finally, some comments and suggestions are put forward for our country’s investment in security problemsThe research of safety investment and safety performance about construction enterprises through DEA model provides a new perspective for safety inputs and outputs, and is conductive to analysis the investment in safety. The research also provides a scientific reference of decision-making for construction enterprise managers.
