【摘要】 本文主要采用文献分析法和归纳法对新媒体的概念进行厘清，并总结出移动新媒体阅读的优点和缺点。优点包括移动性和实时性、互动性与参与性、即时性和自由性、多元性与个性化、融合性和丰富性、开放性与共享性；缺点包括资金投入多、信息失真性、信息的无序性、信息虚拟性、有害健康、快餐化和碎片化。用SWOT分析法分析移动新媒体阅读对图书馆发展所产生的影响。移动新媒体阅读环境下图书馆的优势包括：图书馆无处不在、图书馆能为读者提供无障碍阅读服务、图书馆服务平台多样化，图书馆信息资源免费开放及图书馆能够为读者提供参考咨询服务；图书馆内部也存在一些劣势，如图书馆的经费投入严重不足、图书馆员的整体素质还有待提高、图书馆也缺乏先进技术的支持，而且，图书馆信息资源娱乐性弱，服务理念有待改善。同时，移动新媒体阅读也给图书馆的发展带来了机遇和威胁。机遇方面，移动新媒体阅读的普及有助于促进图书馆信息资源的共建共享,为图书馆提供更多宣传途径，读者对图书馆的移动阅读服务有强烈的需求，能促进图书馆职能有效发挥，此外，一些企业有助于图书馆开展移动阅读服务；威胁方面，移动新媒体技术层出不穷，开展移动新媒体阅读服务可能会加深读者之间的信息鸿沟，图书馆信息资源安全和知识产权保护等也问题多多，更重要的是，图书馆开展移动阅读服务的竞争对手多而强劲。通过对图书馆内部及外部的分析，图书馆应该制定相应的策略，包括增长型策略（SO策略）、扭转型策略（WO策略）、多种经营型策略（ST策略）和防御型策略（WT策略）。图书馆要充分利用已有的信息资源、专业服务等优势，尽量弥补资金、技术等方面的弱势，抓住当前社会环境中能帮助图书馆发展的机遇，如商业机构给图书馆的阅读服务带来的助力等，从而积极应对来自各方面的威胁。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly uses the document analysis and inductive method toclarify the concept of new media and summed up the advantages anddisadvantages of moving new media reading. The advantages include mobileand real-time, interactive and participatory, immediacy and freedom, pluralismand personalized, fusion and richness, openness and sharing. The disadvantagesinclude, capital investment is much, information distortion, disorder ofinformation, information is virtual, harmful to health, fast and fragmentation.Use the SWOT analysis method to analysis of the impact of the librarydevelopment from moving new media reading. The advantages of the Libraryunder the environment of mobile new media reading are that the library iseverywhere, the library can provide readers with accessibility reading services,library’s services platform diversity, library information resources freely andlibrary can provide readers with reference service. The library also exist somedisadvantages, such as the funds is serious shortage, librarians are to beimproved, the library also lacks the support of advanced technology, theentertainment of information resources of the library is weak and the serviceconcept of the library needs to be improved. At the same time, the new mobilemedia reading has brought the library development for opportunities and threats.In terms of opportunities, the popularity of mobile new media reading contributeLibrary Information Resources Sharing, to provide more publicity for libraries，readers have a strong demand for mobile reading services of the library, it alsocan promote the library functions effectively, in addition, some enterprisescontribute to the library to develop the mobile reading service. The threats areincluding mobile new media technologies emerging, improve mobile new mediareading service may enhance the information gap between the readers, there arealso a lot of problems in library information resources security and theprotection of intellectual property rights.More importantly, the Library Mobile Reading Service rivals are very strong. Through the analysis of internal andexternal library, the library should formulate corresponding strategies, Includingthe growth strategy (SO strategy), the reverse strategy (WO strategy), a varietyof business strategy (ST strategy) and defensive strategy (WT strategy). Thelibrary should make full use of existing information resources and professionalservice advantage to compensate for the weak of the funds, technology and otheraspects and seize the opportunities that can help the development of the libraryin current social environment, such as commercial institutions that can bringassistance to the library reading service to actively respond to various threats.更多还原
