【摘要】 现代信息技术的飞速发展，企业信息化要求也越来越高，企业之间的竞争也变得愈加激烈，企业服务性质逐渐显现其重要的地位。客户服务支持系统成为企业提高竞争力为客户提供高效，快速，优质的服务的重要手段。客户服务支持系统借助计算机和网络技术为企业管理客户，为客户提供服务提供自动化的手段，为客户提供优质的符合客户需要的服务，目的是提高客户的满意度和忠诚度，同时，有助于企业开发潜在的客户留住老客户，增强企业优势，提高企业的经济效益。本论文正是针对上述问题，研究信息化技术手段的基础上，使用.NET框架，基于微软C#开发语言对系统进行了详尽的设计和研究。实现了客户信息管理，客户问题记录分配和管理，客户服务调查等功能。本课题研究的主要工作内容包括以下几个步骤：本文首先介绍了系统开发的背景和研究开发意义。然后从系统功能性和性能两个方面进行系统需求分析，然后对其实现的关键技术进行分析。重点研究了.NET平台及其核心组件和MVC模式的原理及优势，基于以上的分析确定了系统的技术路线和系统开发所需的开发环境，运用SQL Server2000工具进行数据库设计。然后对客户服务支持管理信息系统进行分析研究，并利用UML技术设计系统用例模型、类图和状态图。分析了MVC设计模式在C#.NET开发的可行性，对系统每个模块的功能上进行详细的设计，给出相应的流程图和时序图。设计系统数据库包括建立数据库概念模型和数据库逻辑模型，建立系统的数据库表与其实体关系图，完成数据库的设计。最后实现对客户服务支持管理信息系统的模块开发和系统测试，系统测试部分根据测试需求和测试计划，通过具体的测试方法和测试技术，测试了系统的性能指标。本系统解决了企业对客户服务支持的问题，系统运行稳定，功能相对完善，数据处理速度尚可，基本满足企业信息化需求，对企业发展有一定的经济价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern information technology, enterpriseinformation requirements are also getting higher and higher. the service is graduallyemerging important position. Customer service support system has become an importantmeans for enterprises to improve their competitiveness to provide customers withefficient, fast, quality service. Use of information technology tools to help companiesanalyze organize customer information to provide customers with high-qualitypersonalized service, in order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.This article completely researched into the fundamentals as well as systematic construction ofthe supporting system of customer service，and also the key technology needed by systematicdevelopment.The research of this article mainly includes a few aspects below：first，This paper described the system development background and significance ofresearch and development.. Determined and confirm the route of system development,and then determined the system designer development environment, select SQL Server2000as database design tools.Secondly, the information management system designed requirements, thendesigned the system network, overall designed the function and performance, designedtechnical by using UML system model, the final designed of the system database,establish system database table with E-R diagram, completed the database ofmanagement system.Lastly, from the point of view of the implementation of the design and analysis offinancial information systems integration, this thesis highlights the process ofimplementing the application by Web services in.NET environment.
