【摘要】 随着科技的飞速发展，人们对通信业务的需求也日益扩大，迫使运营商们不得不更加注重通信网络的效率和服务的质量。在传统的移动基站建设过程中，大部分采用的是一些简单的模拟设备，而随着通信技术的发展，如今的移动基站建设过程中采用的均是较为复杂的、性能和功能都较为完备的数字化设备，这些数字化设备在日常的运行过程中不可避免会出现一些故障或问题，对于这些在故障或问题，如不及时进行处理，将会影响整个基站的正常运行。因此，针对这些数字化的设备进行日常监控和维护工作是很有必要的，通过这种方式可以确保基站的网络安全，确保正常的通信开展，进而提高基站的管理水平。在长期的基站监控和维护过程中，采用的均是手工方式，随着基站的发展，这种方式的弊端逐渐显现，不仅效率低下，而且还会出现漏记漏统的现象。由于基站的维护工作大都是外包给代维公司，因此，对于代维公司的日常维护监管控制方面也较难实现，对于代维公司的作假现象也无法识别，这在一定的程度上影响着基站的长期发展。基于此有必要将基站监控及维护信息记录引入信息化系统建设中来。基站维护数据管理系统方案的提出正是基于以上的原因，项目的建设采用J2EE架构技术以及WEBGIS技术，对移动基站的相关地理图形和文字信息进行科学的存储及处理，满足基站管理人员的查询要求和地理定位要求，实现可视化的基站管理系统。旨在通过基站维护数据管理系统的应用，实现基站的数字化管理和维护，提高基站的管理效率和管理水平，同时通过自动报表管理和日志管理实现数据的统计和分析，用以辅助基站管理人员进行科学的决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology, people demand forcommunications services is also growing, forcing operators to pay more attention to theefficiency of the communication network and the quality of service. In the process oftraditional mobile base station construction, most of them adopt the simple simulationequipment, and with the development of communication technology, now the equipmentadopt digital devices which more complex, more perfect performance and features inthe process, these digital equipments in the daily operation process, inevitably appearedsome faults or problems, for these faults or problems, if not handled in time, will affectthe normal operation of the whole base station. Therefore, it is necessary to dailymonitoring and maintenance work for these digital devices, in this way, we can makesure of the base station network safety, ensure the normal communication, and thusimprove the management level of the base station.In the process of long-term base station monitoring and maintenance, the manualmode is widely adopted, along with the development of the base station, thedisadvantages of this way is to show, not only inefficient, but also there will be missingregister and leakage phenomenon. Due to the maintenance work in the base station isoutsourced to Agent Maintenance Company, therefore, it is hard to achieve the dailymaintenance and supervisory control of Agent Maintenance Company, and it is unableto recognize the fraud of the agent maintenance company, to a certain extent, it affectsthe long-term development of base station. Based on this it is necessary to introduce thebase station monitoring and maintenance records to the information systemconstruction.Based on the above reasons, the scheme of the base station maintenance datamanagement system is put forward, the construction of the project adopt J2EEarchitecture technology and WEBGIS technology, the geographic graphics and textmessages related to the mobile base station are saved and handled in science, it is tomeet the query and geographic location requirements for the base station administrator,and realize the visualization of the base station management system. Aims to throughthe application of the base station maintenance data management system, realize thedigital management and maintenance for base station, improve the management efficiency of the base station and the management level, at the same time, it can realizethe data statistics and analysis by automatically report management and logmanagement, that it can assist the base station administrator to make scientificdecisions.更多还原
