全自动注射成型模内贴标复合系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展和人们对时尚的追求,一种新的包装技术——模内贴标技术得到了快速的发展,然而实现这项技术的核心设备大多还需要国外进口。基于此,本文从模内贴标制品的成型质量出发,包括怎样解决或减少模内贴标制品易出现的冲墨和起皱以及翘曲变形等问题,分别对注塑机、注塑工艺、送标机和模具等复合系统进行分析与设计。模内贴标产品壁厚一般都较薄,且外观质量要求高,因此要求注塑机注射速度快、精密、稳定性高,针对这些要求本文从液压系统、合模系统上分别进行考虑,在注射动力上采用双缸差动液压技术,完成了双缸差动系统的数学建模和推导,得到了双缸差动液压系统具有高速稳定的效果;注塑机合模系统同样也影响着制品的精度,同时还关系着注塑机的生产能力与节能降耗,因此对双曲肘式合模系统的几个部件进行了优化,找到了一种能产生最大行程比和最大力放大倍数的零件尺寸,并根据优化结果设计出双曲肘合模机构;为提高生产率,实现自动化,根据贴标的特点设计了一款自动送标机。模内贴标制品出现的问题除冲墨和起皱外还有翘曲变形,本文单纯从注塑工艺方面考虑解决这些问题,总结出在塑料容许的温度范围内注塑温度越高剪切应力越低,相应冲墨和起皱问题就会越少;对翘曲变形问题进行了冷却分析和保压分析,通过改善水温和优化冷却管路降低了制品体积收缩率和体积收缩率的差异;通过两次优化保压曲线,进一步地降低了制品的体积收缩率和体积收缩率差异,达到了均衡保压的目的,制品的收缩率基本一致,翘曲变形也大大降低;通过正交优化分析,找到了影响翘曲变形和变形量的最大工艺影响因素和最优工艺组合,使优化后制品的体积收缩率由原来的8.4%降低到3.3%。针对模内贴标模具是否适合采用热流道技术进行了模拟仿真分析,发现采用热流道技术能很好地改善模内贴标制品冲墨、起皱以及薄壁制品快速充填的问题。基于文章所做的分析结果,创新设计了一套采用热流道技术的倒装模具,把制品的倒扣机构和顶出机构都放在前模,前模采用传统的油缸顶出,油缸设计在模具内侧,不占用外部空间。

【Abstract】 Accompany with the development of economy of our country and the fashion of people’s pursuit, a new packaging technology-mould in labeling get fast development in our country, however most of the core equipment of this technology needs to be imported.Based on this,this article obtains from the mould labeling injection, consider how to get a perfect products that have small amount of warping and no ink and wrinkling, study on injection molding machine, injection molding process. Send label making machine and mold design composite system aboat the theoretical analysis and innovative design.Mould in labeling product usually has thickness wall and require good Appearance quality,so requirements for injection molding machine is high injection speed, high precision and stability.According to the requirements, the injection power of hydraulic system, mold clamping system is considered in this paper.The differential hydraulic is adopted on cylinder Hydraulic system of Injection System, Two cylinder differential system was deduced with high speed and stable effect by mathematical modeling;The clamping system of injection molding machine also affects the precision of the products,At the same time clamping system also affects the capacity of injection and saving energy, so several parts of hyperbolic elbow clamping system is optimized,The largest and most vigorously magnification part size was found, the hyperbolic model of the elbow was designed according to the results of the optimization.In order to improve the productivity, automatic labeling machine is designed by the characteristics of labelling,realized the automation of the whole production.The most common problem of labelled products is to break the ink and wrinkling, In addition to this also have buckling deformation.This article solve these problems simply consideration the injection molding process,summed up that in the plastic,the allowed temperature range of injection, the hinger of temperature the smaller of shear stress, while break ink and wrinkle problems will be less:The problem of warping deformation was analyzed by pressure keeping and cooling to slove,The volume shrinkage rate and the volume shrinkage rate differences were reduced by changing the temperature and optimizing the cooling line;Through two times pressure curve optimization, the products volume shrinkage ratio and volume shrinkage difference were greatly reduced,achieved the purpose of the balanced pressure,products possess almost same shrinkage, warping deformation is greatly reduced;The biggest influence factors and the optimal combination factors has founded by orthogonal optimization that analysis warping deformation and the deformation,make the product volume shrinkage rate of optimize decreased from8.4%to8.4%.The simulation analysis aboat mould of mould in labeling whether suitable for the hot runner technology has been carried on,found that hot runner technology was applied can improve quality of mould labeling products through reduce break ink, wrinkling and can product rapid filling to slove the problem of thin wall products.According to the result of simulation analysis,design a set of flip mold that application of hot runner technology with innovation,the backoff mechanism and ejection mechanism of products were placed in famale die.famale die adopt traditional Oil cylinder ejector,Oil cylinder inside the mold, and do not take up outside space.
