基于战略视角的大连DC公司组织结构再造

【摘要】 组织结构对企业发展非常重要,企业组织结构是否合理,以及企业结构模式的选择的正确与否都会对企业的生存与发展产生至关重要的影响。企业组织结构模式选择涉及到企业生产经营中的众多因素,诸如,企业的技术水平、企业的规模、企业文化建设、企业的发展战略、企业的各种软环境,等等。随着企业组织理论的发展,企业在自身组织结构选择方面可以有多种的模式来选择,至于选择哪一种组织结构模式,或者对自身组织结构模式进行怎样的变革,要从自身的经营特点与企业所处的经营环境出发进行综合考虑。本文以大连DC公司为案例企业进行研究,重要从战略管理的视角,审视了该公司的组织机构模式选择与设计问题,探讨了该公司组织机构再造的问题。文章首先是对战略发展及组织结构的概念进行阐述,在对战略发展相关理论进行借鉴和学习的基础上,研究组织结构的基本类型及发展趋势,分析说明了组织结构再造的内容及影响因素。通过对案例企业组织结构现状的分析,指出大连DC公司现行组织结构中存在的问题。诸如企业的组织结构模式与公司的战略目标不相符,不利于企业战略目标的实现;企业组织结构在设计方面比较粗化,各个职能部门绩效不高;企业在组织设计上中间管理层次过,机构非常臃肿;公司现行的金字塔式组织结构比较僵化不利于创新活动的进行、在具体经营领域管理缺乏有效的导向,不能按照客户需求对管理与经营方式进行适时的调整,等等问题。结合理论界的研究成果,提出了大连DC公司组织结构优化的基本思路,并进一步明确了对案例企业组织结构优化与创新的基本原则与目标;最后,重点提出了大连DC公司新组织结构的实施步骤和保障措施,并重点强调从大连DC公司系统、制度、体制、文化等方面保证企业战略的达成。

【Abstract】 Organizational structure is very important for business development, organizationalstructure reengineering is reasonable affect the survival and development. Influenceorganizational structure reengineering of many factors, such as firm size, businesstechnology, corporate strategy, corporate culture, corporate environment. With thedevelopment of organizational theory, there are a lot of organizational structure,organizational structure of each mode has its own advantages and disadvantages, the choiceof organizational structure of the time to consider.This paper is a strategic development and organizational structure of the conceptsexplained in the theory of strategic development for reference and learning, based on thebasic types of organizational structure and development trend analysis shows theorganizational structure of recycled content and the influencing factors. DC company inDalian current organizational structure for analysis. Dalian DC by describing the status ofthe organizational structure, and from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative DCcompany in Dalian current organizational structure for a more comprehensive analysis andconcluded that the current organizational structure of Dalian DC company problems. Alsoused for strategic analysis tool to reposition the company’s direction Dalian DC, reusedesign a strategy based organizational model, the establishment of strategic developmentcompatible with the organizational structure. First, based in Dalian DC company ’sdevelopment strategy and the basic situation of Dalian DC company presented the basic ideaof optimizing the organizational structure, defined the basic principles and purposes ofoptimization, and then combined with a continuous flow of organizational structure,organizational structure reengineering other relevant theories and Dalian DC company theactual implementation of the specific choice of organizational structure and content of thenew organizational structure of exposition, the last of the company’s new organizationalstructure Dalian DC implementation steps and safeguards, and stressed from Dalian DCcompany systems, systems, structures, and cultural aspects of corporate strategy to ensureachievement.
