【摘要】 随着信息技术的不断发展，智能化的管理技术在企业中起着至关重要的作用。人力资源管理系统是一种为了适应企业的改革而出现的一种信息化智能管理系统。为了在日益激烈的市场竞争中始终保证企业的利益，人才的引进与管理在其中起着不可忽略的作用。因此，一种有效的管理机制去引进、培养并留住优秀的员工对于一个企业来说至关重要。随着机械公司规模的不断扩大，公司内人员的信息管理已经成为机械公司急需解决的问题，一个健壮而高效的人力资源管理系统能够极大程度上提高机械公司的运营效率和经济收益。人力资源管理系统的目标是通过信息化管理的手段，采用信息整合的思想，将企业所有的员工的信息录入数据库，并利用先进的人事管理的方法集中地的对企业的员工进行管理。本文提出了一种基于SSH框架的机械公司人力资源管理系统，该系统主要应用SSH框架，基于Web Services标准的架构，数据库为DB2。系统主要实现功能有组织单元管理：包括公司、机构、部门的创建、变更、合并、撤销、查询等操作，包括组织单元的导入、导出，组织单元的奖惩信息维护；岗职位管理：包括岗位序列、岗位层级、岗职位库的创建、更新、删除，岗职位的配置；编制管理：包括编制计划的制定、按组别对编制调整、查询，并可以实现从上至下的编制管控；临时组织管理：包括临时组织的建立、删除，人员的调配及查询。更多还原

【Abstract】 As information technology continues to evolve, intelligent managementtechnology in the enterprise plays a vital role. Human Resource Management Systemis a reform of the enterprises in order to adapt the emergence of an informationmanagement system for intelligent. With the continuous expansion of machinerycompany, the information management personnel in the company has become theurgent problems machinery company, a robust and efficient human resourcemanagement system can largely improve the machinery of the company’s operatingefficiency and economic benefits. Human resource management system ischaracterized from the perspective of personnel management with a centralizeddatabase will be almost all personnel associated with the unified management of datatogether to form an integrated source of information.The proposed system is mainly used SSH framework, standards-based WebServices architecture, the database is DB2.
