【摘要】 近十几年来,工程物流业的发展在我国受到了来自企业、政府、理论研究等社会各界的高度重视,成为当前经济发展中的热门之一。同时随着全球经济一体化进程的逐渐深入,工程物流市场已经从仅限于某一地域范围的单一环节物流业务向跨国、跨地区的、多环节的全程物流模式转变,我国工程物流企业必须适应环境的变化,抓住机遇,向海外发展,拓展新的生存发展空间。在激烈的竞争中,工程物流企业如何确立自己的战略定位、调整企业的发展方向,适应市场趋势成为了急需解决的一大问题。本论文围绕工程物流企业海外发展战略的确立进行深入研究,主要目的是为了帮助我国工程物流企业应对当前面临的诸多问题,充分把握高速发展的市场以及良好的政策环境等发展机遇,提高国际竞争力。文章首先对工程物流相关理论做了简单介绍,并概述了工程物流企业海外发展现状和趋势；然后运用模糊综合评价法对工程物流企业的国际竞争力进行评价,并对结果进行分析,找出目前我国工程物流企业在海外发展过程中存在的问题；最后,在前文的基础上,为工程物流企业海外发展提出战略建议,包括微观企业运行战略,具体指组织结构合理化、风险控制、法律维权战略；发展规划战略,具体指供应链一体化、合作联盟战略；资源禀赋与基础设施战略,具体指物流信息化、车辆船舶等基础资源要素储备战略；人才要素战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the last decade, the development of the project logistics industry in our country has gained much attention from the corporates, the government and the theoretical research communities. It has become one of the most popular industries in the developing world. At the same time, with the deepening of the global economic integration process, project logistics must change from a regional scope which is limited to a single link logistics mode to a transnational, cross-regional and multiple link logistics mode. Project logistics enterprises must adapt to these changes and seize the opportunity to expand to the overseas and develop a new space for survival. So how to establish enterprise’s strategic positioning and adjust enterprise’s development direction to adapt to the market trend has become a big problem needed to resolve for project logistics enterprises in the fierce competition.This paper mainly studies the establishment of the overseas development strategy of logistics enterprises so as to help project logistics enterprises in our country to deal with many problems facing them, and fully grasp the rapid development of the market and good policy environments, and finally to improve their international competitiveness. First we make a brief introduction of project logistics theory, and summarize the development status and trend; and then we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the international competitiveness in the overseas development of project logistics enterprises in our country, then we find out the problems that exist; Finally, on the basis of previous text, we put forward some strategic suggestions for project logistics enterprises, including organization structure rationalization, risk control, legal rights for protection, logistics informatization, infrastructure and supporting resources consolidation, personnel training, etc.更多还原
