【摘要】 我国尚处在社会主义初级阶段的发展中国家,随着我国改革开放的不断深入,国际经济进一步全球化,我国境内企业的管理水平和管理模式也呈现多元化、多层次并存的局面,随着与国际质量管理界的信息沟通逐步改善,尽管企业对当代国际上的质量管理思想和方法都有一定的了解,但是“仅限于概念层次上的了解”没有深入下去,针对这种质量管理的实践水平低,且呈现全方位的不足的质量管理模式,如何将质量应用于生产、形成到实现的全过程,真正地融入国际化经营管理之中,在全球化竞争与市场创新中,确立并不断地实现质量领先的战略目标,使质量服务于管理即是我撰写本文的初衷。目前,国际上比较先进的为IS09001、6西格玛管理、5S、零缺陷等质量管理模式,国内则处于概念的理解向行为培训的过渡期,每个企业都在慢慢的尝试将所有质量理念融合到实践中去,但真正成功的先例还很少见,因此笔者认为在中国现行市场经济管理体制下,构建新的具有企业特色的质量管理模式是十分必要的,使质量管理更具有可行性、可操作性,具有现实意义。本文运用了学习和组织学习理论、管理学理论、全面质量管理理论、人力资源管理理论、信息管理等理论,研究企业如何构建质量管理模式,是本文的核心。本文共分四个部分：第一部分,从时代的特点和日趋激烈的市场竞争的形势的角度,阐述了质量对一个公司的重要性,提出“创建适应企业自身特色的质量管理模式”研究课题；第二部分,综述质量、管理、质量管理、全面质量管理等相关概念以及国内外质量管理模式；第三部分,介绍圣戈班石英(锦州)有限公司现状及存在的问题,构建新的质量管理模式并进行可行性分析；第四部分,圣戈班石英(锦州)有限公司质量管理体系模式的设计；第五部分,总结不足之处并提出工作预期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country is still at the primary stage of socialism in developing countrie-s, with the deepening of the reform and opening up in China, international econ-omic globalization further, our country domestic enterprise management level and the management pattern and present situation of coexistence of diversified, multi-level as with the international quality management of information communication and gradually improve, although the quality of the enterprise in the contemporar y international management ideas and methods have a certain understanding, but the "limited to concept level understanding of the" no further, for the practice of the quality management level is low, and lack of rendering a full range of qual-ity management mode, how to apply the quality to the production, to realize th-e whole process of formation, to really relate to international business manageme nt, in the global competition and market innovation, establish and implement qua lity constantly leading the strategic target, make quality service in management is the original intention of my writing this article. At present, the relatively advan ced in the international ISO9001, the six sigma management,5s, zero defect qu ality management pattern, the domestic is in the transition period of understandin g to the behavior of the concept of training, each enterprise in slowly try to inc-orpo-rate all the quality concept to practice, but truly successful precedent is stil1very rare, so the author thinks that the current management system of market econo-my in China, building a new quality management mode with the characteri stic of enterprise is very necessary to make the quality management has more fe asibility, maneuverability, has a practical significance.
