基于商业智能技术的银行绩效考核系统研发

【摘要】 对中国的商业银行而言,绩效考核一直是企业经营和发展的主要手段和技术之一。随着信息技术的发展,数据有了巨量的积累而提取愈加方便,无疑给完善考核机制和考核的工作提供了更有效的工具。商务智能(Business Intelligence, BI)技术受到越来越多的关注。本文将商业智能(BI)技术应用到在银行绩效指标分析中,并设计实现了基于BI的银行绩效分析与考核信息系统。首先阐述了分析银行绩效的盈利能力、发展能力、经营计划完成等财务指标,结合数据仓库的设计原则和建模方法,分别建立了存款规模主题、贷款规模主题、中间业务主题、营销费用主题、风险资产主题、考核利润主题的数据仓库概念模型和逻辑模型,导入Access数据库建立上述主题的物理模型。接着采用商业智能实现工具SQL Server2005Analysis Services对银行绩效数据仓库数据进行了多维数据集的构建和展现分析。最后,设计出银行绩效分析与考核信息系统,使数据分析的可视化更强,更加有利于决策者做出正确的决策。
【Abstract】 This paper serves to illustrate the performance analysis and evaluation management system for bank based on business intelligence technology. Performance appraisal has been an effective tool, which contributes to the development of China banks in its commercialization since the reform and opening up. Therefore, commercial banks are getting to improve the appraisal mechanism and measures.Business intelligence and its applications in the commercial bank have been studied in this thesis. Firstly, the paper introduced as the BI basis of technical data warehouse technology, OLAP and data mining technology. Then, the analysis of the financial indicators of the profitability of the banking performance, development capacity, business plan completed, combined with data warehouse design principles and modeling methods, respectively, to establish the deposit scale theme, the theme of the size of loans, intermediary business theme, the theme of the marketing costs, risk the theme of assets, appraisal profits theme of the data warehouse conceptual model and logical model. With the Access database, the physical model of the above topics are established. Then using a business intelligence tool for SQL Server2005Analysis Services data bank performance data warehouse cube build and multidimensional analysis. Finally, according to the Business Intelligence technology theory using Visual Studio2008and Dundas Chart control steam line performance analysis and assessment of information systems design, analysis of the data more visual, more conducive to policy-makers to make the right decisions.
