【摘要】 天津市东丽经济开发区是1992年6月经天津市人民政府批准设立的以制造业为主的工业园区,2012年4月24日被批准为市级高新区,高新区管委会主要负责辖区内招商引资、项目建设管理以及驻区企业日常管理服务。为方便管理东丽区的招商引资及日常工作,高新区管委会提出了建立辖区招商引资工作管理系统,以实现东丽经济开发区招商部门基本业务需求,达成招商引领经济、招商带动发展这一追求。本文设计与实现了东丽经济开发区招商引资工作管理系统的部分功能,并借助UML语言中的用例图、类图、时序图和活动图等方式对系统的业务需求、功能设计和页面实现进行了可视化描述,清晰的展示了招商引资工作管理系统的设计与实现过程。首先总体概述招商引资工作管理系统的业务需求,然后分模块进行功能需求获取,分析了信息采编、发布的流程和招商引资项目管理的流程。根据需求将系统业务功能划分为信息采编管理、投资方关系管理、项目管理、产业资源管理、数据分析报表五个模块,并分析这五个模块的功能用例。选择系统的实现技术,结合功能用例,设计实现系统各功能的实现类和方法,并采用类图和时序图进行静态结构和动态建模分析。设计系统的数据库以及数据存储结构,最后整合系统功能模块,整体实现系统的功能,并进行功能测试。招商引资工作管理系统采用Java语言进行编程,设计SSH框架实现系统架构,采用SQLServer2008数据库管理系统设计系统的数据库,实现B／S结构的工作平台,具体实现了信息采编管理、投资方关系管理、项目管理、产业资源管理、数据分析报表等功能模块；实现了招商引资基础资料采集、发布,招商引资项目添加、审核,投资方拜访、回访记录管理、投资项目进度展示等功能。实现新型招商引资一体化网络信息管理。东丽区招商引资工作管理平台的实现,解决了传统招商引资督办困难的难题,释放了领导大量的工作时间和精力,有效的提高了招商引资工作管理效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tianjin Dongli Economic Development Area is an industrial park mainly focus on manufacturing business while established in June,1992.24th of April2012, the park was authorized for Haihe Hi-tech Industrial Development Area by Tianjin government. The Management Committee of Tianjin Haihe Hi-tech Industrial Development Area is mainly responsible for attracting investments, project construction management and daily routine work of the park. In order to reach a better economic condition and development of local area, the Management Committee has put forward a brand new management system for attracting investments.This paper has designed a management system for attracting investment for The Management Committee and has achieved partial function of this system. This system has achieved visual description for business needs, functional design and page implementation by using case diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram in UML language. Firstly, the paper summarized the business demand for this management system. Secondly, it list workflow of the system, including information gathering, information releasing and project management. This management system has differentiated the information gathering management, investment relation management, project management, resource management, data analysis five module on the basis of business need. The data base of this system and its storage structure has integrated all its functional module, implemented overall function of the system.This management system of attracting investments has programmed using Java Language, utilized SSH framework for system’s architecture, and the data base of this system designed by using SQLServer2008data base management system. The system has made its original five function come true. To be more important, this system has achieved advanced information management during the process of the overall investment work, such as basic information gathering, information diffusion, information input, project investigation and project progress inspection. The management committee has solved the problem of the difficulty of the supervision and enspection work on attracting investments by establishing this platform of management. The system has saved a plenty of time and working strength,and therefore enhanced the working inefficiency of the government.更多还原
