【摘要】 企业核心竞争力是企业资源和能力中最为关键的、能使企业获取和保持竞争优势的因素组合,当前企业的竞争已经逐渐演化成企业核心竞争能力的竞争。随着3G手机兴起及COMS照相手机普及,大陆企业纷纷踏足手机摄像头行业。本文通过对台湾手机摄像头行业龙头——大立光电的核心竞争力的分析,对大陆和台湾地区的手机摄像头企业进行了比较,进而对大陆手机摄像头企业核心竞争力培育中存在的问题集对策进行了研究。本文引入产业生命周期和核心竞争力的生命周期理论,以迈克尔·波特的价值链分析为基本框架,从行业价值链、企业内部价值链以及竞争对手价值链的分析出发,总结和概括影响核心竞争力的主要因素,基于价值链管理的角度研究核心竞争力；论文对手机摄像头企业价值体系中的各价值增值结点及成本控制点进行分析,将企业核心竞争力的动态发展融入到企业核心竞争力构成因素之中；最终提出整合大陆手机摄像头企业内外资源优化价值链、提升核心竞争力的策略。本文通过理论与实际相结合,旨在通过对比分析法和案例分析法,以台湾大立光电为例进行个案研究,对大陆手机摄像头企业的核心竞争力的定位进行了分析,进而在对行业价值链、企业内部价值链及竞争对手价值链的分析的基础上,对大陆和台湾地区手机摄像头企业进行全面的对比,提出了基于价值链优化和整合的大陆企业核心竞争力提升的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core competitiveness of enterprises is the most important, most can make the enterprise to obtain and maintain competitive advantage factors combination for the enterprise key resources, the current enterprise’s competition to evolve into the enterprise core competition. With the current3G mobile phone and COMS mobile phone popularity rise, Chinese mainland enterprises have entered the mobile phone camera industry, through the analysis of leading to Taiwan mobile phone camera industry core competitiveness-LARGAN Precision, through a comparative study of Taiwan mobile phone, mobile phone camera companies and enterprises, so as to find the core competitiveness of enterprises weak, mobile phone camera.This paper introduced and the core competitiveness of the value chain, with Michael Potter’s analysis as the basic framework, from the industry value chain, the enterprise internal value chain, value chain analysis of competitors, and sums up the core competitiveness and the influence factors of core competence, value chain management perspective; to analyze the value of node and the cost control point of mobile phone camera enterprise value system, the dynamic development of the core competitiveness of enterprises into the enterprise core competence factors; analysis of the core competitiveness of enterprises of Taiwan mobile phone camera, mobile phone camera eventually put forward to integrate internal and external resources of the enterprise value chain optimization, to enhance the core competitiveness of the strategy.In this paper, through the combination of theory and practice, through comparative analysis and case analysis, Camera phone on the mainland enterprise’s core competitiveness positioning analyzed.Then in the industry value chain, enterprise internal value chain and value chain analysis of competitors on the basis of the mainland and Taiwan enterprises to conduct a comprehensive cell phone camera comparison, was proposed based on value chain optimization and integration of mainland enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness Countermeasures更多还原
