面向汽车设计的CAE流程自动化系统开发及结构优化研究

【摘要】 在汽车设计不断追求快速响应的今天,CAE分析也面临效率需要提高的迫切问题,针对大部分汽车CAE分析方法都已经规范化的特点,开发面向汽车设计的CAE流程自动化系统成为可能,本文的主要研究内容有:(1)分析现有汽车设计中有限元分析的方法流程,从有限元模型建立开始,组件、材料、属性的定义到最终分析模型的确定,分析操作过程中繁琐冗杂的部分并研究使用脚本语言及有限元软件二次开发工具提高建模效率的方法。(2)针对汽车设计中相对比较成熟的CAE分析如静力分析、模态分析、瞬态分析和频率响应分析,研究现有操作方法,开发流程自动化系统,一方面将现有工程经验固化于流程系统,另一方面将分析工作流程化,尽量减少不必要的繁琐操作,提高CAE工作的效率和精度。(3)以车门子系统为例,应用开发的流程自动化系统,校核某微型车前侧门下垂刚度、自由模态等典型性能。针对车门外板抗凹性分析和车门强度国家法规分析,开发专用流程自动化模块,大大减少建模时间,提高分析效率,并对校核结果提出改进方案,提高了该车门的性能。(4)在开发的流程自动化系统的基础上,开展汽车结构优化工作,以车身覆盖件抗凹性优化流程为研究对象,以支撑板位置、安装形式为变量,利用快速建模脚本在新结构薄弱位置施加抗凹载荷,建立可变工况优化模型,经过优化分析得到性能更优的结构形式,使车身覆盖件抗凹件性分析优化实现全流程自动化。

【Abstract】 As automobile design is pursuit for rapid response now, CAE analysis is alsofacing the urgent need to improve the efficiency, for many methods of CAE analysishave been standardized, develop CAE process automation systems is possible. Themain research of this content are:(1) Analysis of existing automotive design of finite element analysis process,from the finite element model, components, materials, and the definition of theattribute to the determination of the final analysis model, during a parse operationcumbersome and miscellaneous research using a scripting language improve theefficiency of modeling and finite element software secondary development tools.(2) For CAE analysis of automotive design which is relatively mature, such asstatic analysis, normal moods analysis, transient analysis, and frequency responseanalysis, the study of existing methods of operation, the development of processautomation systems, on the one hand, the existing engineering experience cured inworkflow system, on the other hand will analyze the workflow, and minimizeunnecessary cumbersome operations, improve the efficiency of the work of the CAE.(3)Use the door subsystem for example, apply the process automation system,checking a mini front side door sagging stiffness, free modal typical operatingconditions. Door outer panel dent resistance analysis and door strength of nationallaws and regulations, develop a dedicated process automation module, greatlyreducing the modeling time and improve the efficiency of the analysis, check resultsimprovement program to enhance the performance of the door.(4) On the basis of the process automation systems, carry out the automotivestructural optimization work to the body panel dent resistance optimization process,establish the position of the support plate, the installation in the form of variables, theuse of rapid prototyping script in the new structurally weak position variableconditions applied dent loaded optimization model, optimal performance optimizationanalysis structure, body panel anti-female member analysis and optimization toautomate the whole process.
