【摘要】 民国时期地域用人成为突出的现象。各军事派系纷纷任用自己的同乡,在这种情况下,蒋介石也不能例外,他大量起用自己的同乡,以陈诚、胡宗南、汤恩伯为代表的浙籍军人受到蒋介石的重视,在南京国民政府内出现了“浙江现象”。蒋介石对浙籍军人的任用既有主观因素,更有客观原因。浙籍军人选择蒋介石也基于不同的原因。总之,蒋介石与浙籍军人之间是一种双向选择。与当时的晋系、桂系、西北军系相比,蒋介石的用人方式是不同的。虽然蒋也受限于地缘关系,但是在地域排他性上并不像其他地方军阀那么强烈。本文共分六章,第一章为绪论,第二章是蒋介石集团人事中的“浙江现象”,第三章是“浙江现象”原因剖析(一)：地方主义,第四章“浙江现象”原因剖析(二)：个人因素,第五章是“浙江现象”原因剖析(三)：政治利益,第六章是结论。本文借用社会学的研究方法如调查法、统计法、历史法等,通过表格数据以及比较研究,分析“浙江现象”出现的原因,探讨地缘因素在蒋介石用人中的作用,同时对蒋介石与浙籍军人的关系作出分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Republic of China, selecting talented persons according to the region becomes a prominent phenomenon. Almost all warlords begin to appoint their fellow-townsman to important positions in this period. In such a case, Chang Kai-shek is no exception. He also appoints the persons from Zhejiang province on a large scale. Zhejiang military personnel especially Chen Cheng, Hu Zongnan and Tang Enbo are put into important positions by Chiang Kai-shek. He selects them not only because of subjective reasons, but also objective factors. The military men from Zhejiang choose Chiang Kai-shek because of different reasons, too. All in all, the choice between them is a two-way choice. Compared to Jin-xi Warlord, the New Warlord of Guangxi and the Northwest Army, Chiang is different. Although he is also limited by the regionalism, his exclusiveness is weaker than the other military factions. In my paper there are six chapters:the first one is introduction, the second is the phenomenon of Zhejiang province in Chiang’s group,the third is the one of the reason:localism’s effects,the fourth is the second reason:personal factors, the third reason is the root cause—olitical interest, the last chapter is conclusion. Research methods of sociology such as the survey method, the statistical method, the historical method are used in this paper. By means of data and comparative studies, we can research the influences of geographical factor in the selecting persons. At the same time, we could make a simple analysis about the relationship between Chiang Kai-shek and Zhejiang military.更多还原
