【摘要】 具有传统中式风格的室内设计与装饰越来越受到人们的喜爱,尤其在餐饮行业中,这种扎根民族土壤,有着独特表现手法,极具东方情调的装饰形式,不仅满足了身处现代社会中的人们感受传统文化的需求,还成为经营者提升餐厅档次的一种手段。如何将中式风格运用于现代餐饮空间,并以什么样的形式来传达现代生活理念,是此类设计中需要解决的主要问题。本文首先从理论上阐述了中式设计风格与中国素食文化的关系,分析并明确提出二者都是以中国传统文化思想为理论基础而逐渐形成发展成熟的,从而找到二者在文化层面上的交集点---即“返朴归真、回归自然”的自然理念。从而以此为理论依据,渐次展开了对“雾隐素食坊”餐厅的课题设计创作。设计创作过程中,先后对该课题进行了基础资料收集与分析、市场分析,以及课题中各区域的功能分析与装饰设计分析,最终确定出基本设计方案：以“拙”做为基本设计手法,通过对自然材质的精细运用,采取去典型化等方法对传统中式元素进行提取与简约处理,利用环境空间的设计效果来衬托素食产品特色,从而还原了传统思想中关于健康生活的文化理念。此次课题设计创作,是对中式风格设计在现代空间中应用的理论依据、创作方法、创新方式与实现手段的一次有益尝试。通过理论探索、实例分析到技术解决的全过程,为中式风格融入到现代设计艺术的研究提供了一定的理论与实践依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 More and more people appreciate the traditional Chinese style of interior design and decoration especially in catering industry. The unique technique of expression and oriental adornment form not only satisfies people’s requirement for the traditional culture in the modern society, but also promotes the status of the restaurants. This paper tries to solve the problem how to apply this Chinese style to the modern catering space, and how to convey the traditional concept to the modern lifeAt first, this paper expounds the relationship between the Chinese design style and Chinese vegetarian culture, and then it puts forward that the two are formed based on Chinese traditional culture and gradually develop into the maturity so as to find the intersection point on the cultural level------the natural philosophy of returning back to nature, original purity and simplicity. Based on this theoretical philosophy, the paper creates the topic of "WUYIN Vegetarian Restaurant" design.The paper begins with the subject data collection, the analysis of the market, as well as the decoration design analysis of the function in each area. The paper has finally confirmed the basic design plan:based on methods of "Clumsiness", through the fine use of natural materials, the design reinforces the traditional Chinese style element in the traditional culture of a healthy life by means of reducing the typifying to pure and simple processing, emphasizing the environment space design effect so as to foil vegetarian product features.This design is an attempt on the application of the Chinese style design in modern space decoration, of the creation method, of the innovation mode and implementation method. It promotes certain theoretical basis and practice by blending the Chinese style into the modern design art through theoretical exploration, case analysis and the solution to the whole process of technology.更多还原
