【摘要】 全科医师继续医学教育属于医学终身教育范畴，它是医学教育三大主要形式之一，是继在校教育、毕业后教育之后的一个教育阶段。当前，对继续医学教育质量、全科医师培养质量的定义或内涵有着不同的提法。本研究旨在查阅大量相关文献的基础上，将众多学者对全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量的主要看法整理归纳，形成概念，并以此为据，制定一套适合我市实际情况的、针对性强的初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系，为初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量评价引入科学、合理的评价参考标准。为提高初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量提供决策依据，从而培养出高水平、高质量的初级全科医师。本研究综合运用问卷调查、专家访谈法、文献研究法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、个人深度访谈法数据分析法等科学方法和手段，通过对全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量相关概念的理论研究、初级全科医师继续医学教育培养目标解析、国内外继续医学教育评价相关文献的分析，进行了《重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系》的三轮专家咨询，构建了重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系，并进行了讨论。全文共分四个部分。第一部分：国内外全科医师继续医学教育质量评价的现状与思考,全科医师继续医学教育质量相关概念的理论研究。通过查阅相关文献、书籍等，经过对比分析、归纳提炼，对继续医学教育、教育评估与评价、教育质量及初级全科医师培养质量等相关概念进行了层层分析，界定了相关概念，并阐述了初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系的内涵，说明了本课题是针对初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量进行的微观评价研究。结合重庆市全科医师继续医学教育现状，得出国内外全科医师继续医学教育质量评价经验对重庆市的启示。第二部分：重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系的构建。从第一部分界定的相关概念可以得知，要对全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量进行评价，首先要明确全科医师继续医学教育培养目标。本部分从全科医师继续医学教育培养目标以及初级全科医师在继续医学教育阶段的培养目标、要求进行了解析。综合运用文献调研、对比研究、专家深度访谈等方法，拟定了重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系预案，并通过德尔菲法两轮专家咨询构建了重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系。第三部分：重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系权重系数的确定。通过第三轮专家咨询，汇总结果并运用层次分析法计算出各级指标权重，最后确定完善指标体系一、二、三级指标各自的权重系数。第四部分：讨论。针对重庆市初级全科医师继续医学教育（培养）质量综合评价指标体系的合理性、本课题具有的创新点以及下一步需要完善和继续研究的内容进行了分析讨论。更多还原
