精益六西格玛在热缩行业新产品项目研发中的应用新产品的良率改善

【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的日益加剧,科学技术的不断发展,企业提供的产品和服务的质量问题越来越受到人们的重视。美国著名质量管理专家朱兰在1994年美国质量学会年会上作出了“21世纪将是质量的世纪”的论断。起源于美国摩托罗拉公司的六西格玛管理在摩托罗拉和通用电气公司取得了显著效益,于是六西格玛管理迅速在各大公司推行,并取得了较好的收益。本文主要目的是研究精益六西格玛在热缩领域电缆附件新产品项目改进中的应用。以本公司热缩电缆附件中间连接的一个产品——热缩三支套为研究对象,以六西格玛的经典质量改进模式DMAIC以及其他质量管理理论为理论基础进行的辐射交联良率改善专案。本文的撰写提纲如下:首先,介绍了热缩电缆附件的发展情况其次,介绍了热缩电缆附件新产品在研发的过程中主要的问题,并引入精益六西格玛改进模式DMAIC最后,结合精益六西格玛方法论,采取统计分析方法对热缩三支套在辐射交联过程中的良率改善问题进行了探讨。通过界定,测量,分析,改进,控制等五大步骤,配合项目管理方法完成对热缩三支套辐射交联良率的改善。

【Abstract】 With the increasing of global economic integration, the continuous development of science and technology, the quality problem of the enterprise to provide products and services more and more get the attention of people. Famous American quality management expert juran quality society’s annual conference in1994in the United States made Y’in the21st century is the century of quality. Originated in the United States MOTOROLA six sigma management in MOTOROLA and ge have achieved significant benefits, and the six sigma management in companies carry out quickly, and have achieved good returns. Main purpose of this paper is a study of lean six sigma in the field of heat shrinkable cable accessories project to improve the application of new products. This company heat shrinkable cable.accessories connection between a product-heat shrinkable three sets as the research object, with six sigma DMAIC model classic quality and other quality management theory as a theoretical basis for the radiation crosslinking of yield improvement project. Write the outline of this paper is as follows: first of all, this paper introduces the development situation of heat shrinkable cable accessories second, introduces the heat shrinkable cable accessories main problems in the process of research and development of new products, and introducing lean six sigma DMAIC model in the end, combining lean six sigma methodology, adopt statistical analysis method for thermal shrinkage three sets of yield improvement in the radiation crosslinking process problems are discussed in this paper. By definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of the five steps, cooperate with project management method of thermal shrinkage three sets of radiation crosslinking yield improvement.
