【摘要】 2011年是中国政务微博元年。“正能量”是中国2012年十大流行语之一，“正能量”这个词语体现了当代中国人追求积极向上、奋勇向前的人生观和价值观。随着微博在网民中的流行，政务微博经过近几年的不断发展，逐渐具备了发布政府及社会信息、引导和规范舆论、加强与网民沟通以及开展公益活动的功能。政务微博的这些社会功能逐渐把它正能量传播者的形象勾勒的更加清晰。本文通过对政务微博的发展进行分析，总结出了在当前社会阶段，政务微博发挥的重要作用。本文研究的重要结论之一就是得出了正面报道、负面报道与正能量之间的关系，即正能量不等于正面报道，负能量不等于负面报道，正面报道有可能带来负能量，负面报道有可能带来正能量。通过选取四个典型政务微博，对其在设定的研究时间段内，各自所发布政务微博进行内容分析，得出目前政务微博正面报道、中性报道以及反面报道的各自的比例，得到政务微博正能量传播现状的数据支持。通过对数据进行分析，可以得出目前政务微博信息传播的现状：目前政务微博发布的信息内容以正面报道、中性报道为主，而负面报道较少。由于近年来政务微博快速发展，因此，在发展过程中不可避免地出现了一些问题。本文探讨了当前政务微博发展存在的缺陷，并且尝试着找到解决问题的办法。本文希望通过对政务微博传播正能量现状的调查研究，提出发展的建设性意见，希望能为政务微博的良好发展做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 2011is the first year of China’s government affairs microblog.‘Positive energy’ is one ofthe2012top ten buzzwords in China. The term ‘positive energy’ embodies the contemporaryChinese people’s outlook on life and values, the pursuit of positive and valiant.As themicroblog become popular among the netizen,after recent years of development,thegovernment affairs microblog has gradurally possess the fuction of releasing the informationof government and social, guiding and standardizing the public opinion, strengthening thecommunication with netizens, and carrying out the public welfare activities.These socialfunctions gradually makes clear the Government microblog’s image of positive energydisseminator.This article summarizes the important fuction of the government affairsmicroblog in zhe current social stage.This article draws an important conclusion about the relationship between the positiveenergy and the positive,negative report.Namely the positive energy is not equal to positivecoverage, positive coverage may bring negative energy, negative publicity could also bringpositive energy.Negative energy is not equal to negative reports, positive coverage may alsobring negative energy, some negative publicity could bring positive energy. In the setting ofthe study period, the research choose four typical government affairs microblog and makecontent analysis to their respective government affairs microblog. Through the research,wecan get the proportion of negative reports,neutral reports and positive reports in the currentgovernment affairs microblog and get the data support for the present situation’s energytransmission of the government affairs microblog.At this stage, although the government affairs microblog has developed rapidly, but alsoinevitably has some defects in the process of development.This article discusses the defectsexisting in the current government affairs microblog during its development and try to find asolution to the problem.This article hopes that, through the investigation to the positive energy transmission of the government affairs microblog,it can puts forward constructiveSuggestions of development, and make contribution to the development of the governmentaffairs microblog.更多还原
