基于单片机的档案库房温湿度监控系统设计

【摘要】 档案是人类无比珍贵的财富,属于不可再生资源。档案库房储存环境的温度和湿度参数对档案材料老化变质的速度有着至关重要的影响。对档案库房环境的温度和湿度参数进行合理及时的监控,是档案寿命能够得以延长的重要举措之一。本文在参考、查阅了大量关于档案保护、温湿度监控技术等方面资料的基础上,基于本人所在单位档案库房现状的需求,设计了基于STC10F08XE单片机的档案库房无线温湿度监控系统。本监控系统以单片机为核心,分为上、下位机两个子系统。上位机系统主要是PC机;下位机系统包括数据采集终端和数据接收终端两部分。整个系统由温湿度传感器数据采集模块,液晶显示模块,无线传输模块,红外遥控模块,串口通信模块、报警模块和执行模块组成。本文结合LabVIEW软件工作平台和单片机C语言软件程序开发工具,对本监控系统的主程序及各子模块程序都做了详细的设计,并在最后选用Proteus仿真软件工具对监控系统做了仿真测试,达到了预期的要求。
【Abstract】 Archives, a kind of non-renewable resource, are of great value for our human race. Whilethe temperature and humidity of the archives house take a outstanding effect on the aging ofarchives. So that, it is one of the important measures for extending the age of archives tocontrol the temperature and humidity of the archives house timely and reasonably. Accordingto a great deal of materials on the archives protection, the author analyzed the situation of thearchives house in the college he worked, and designed a wireless temperature and humiditymonitoring and control system based on STC10F08XE MCU.This monitoring and control system takes the MCU as the center, and is composed of twosecondary systems, namely, upper computer and lower computer. Upper one is mainly a PC,while the lower computer system is made up of two parts, which is data collection terminaland data receiving terminal. And the whole system is composed of temperature and humiditydata acquisition module, liquid crystal display module, wireless transmission module, Infraredremote control module, a serial port communication module, alarm module and executablemodule. In this thesis, the author made use of LabVIEW software and C language, and made adetailed design on the each module. In the end, the author also adopted Proteus simulationsoftware tools to make some simulation experiments, and finally meet the expected need.
