【摘要】 自20世纪90年代以来，我国开始选聘优秀高校毕业生下基层锻炼任职，在农村或社区担任村党支部书记助理、主任助理、社区书记助理等职。这些到基层任职的大学毕业生服务期一般为三年，被称为大学生村官。大学生村官计划一方面是为了满足农村快速发展对人才的需求，也为了解决当前大学毕业生就业难的问题。大学生响应国家号召，一走出校门就下基层创业。他们的生活和工作状况自然成为各级政府和社会各界关注的热点，也成为媒体报道热点。本研究以媒体相关报道为研究对象，主要是2008-2012年《中国青年报》关于大学生村官形象的126篇报道为样本，对其进行内容分析，梳理媒体报道的大学生村官形象。本文还运用访谈法，从不同角度描述政治生活中不同层级对于大学生村官群体的期待和认知,阐释作为政治产物的大学生村官所特有的政治涵义。最后将中国青年报中的大学生村官媒介形象其与政治视域的大学生村官进行比较。通过对比，发现媒体形象与政治视域中的大学生村官形象具有高度重合的特性，引起笔者对大学生村官媒介形象塑造的方式方法的反思，分析媒介大学生村官报道存在的问题，分析其原因，进而探索求解改进该类群体报道的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the1990s, for the need of building new socialist countryside and solving solving university students’employment problem, all levels of governments have mounted formal document of selecting college graduates through a certain procedure. These college students would serve as assistants of party branch secretary or neighborhood committee director when they come to the village or the community and become the major force of socialism new countryside construction, who are collectively called collage student official.For these collage students who has answered the government’s call and became grassroots entrepreneurs after graduation, not only their living and working conditions have naturally became a hot topic,reports concerned have also turned into something of media sensation. This research is based on the126related reports of China Youth Daily from2008to2012, analyzed the content and described the media image of collage student village official.Having cognized the student village official class of political horizon through References Reading, it described the specific political connotation of student village official, which could be invaluable in helping solve the employment problem, new countryside construction or even resolving the urban-rural contradiction.In the end, the reasearch compares the media image of China Youth Daily with student village official in political horizon. By contrast, it’s figured out that the image of collage village official of media highly coincides with the political horizon, which attracted the author to re-think the ways of modeling the media image of student village official, analysed the existing problems of reports on them and the reason, and then explored the strategy of improving the way to report this kind of population.更多还原
