【摘要】 文风问题是个老问题，也是个新问题。自20世纪40年代延安整风起，文风问题一直都是党内工作的重点和关键。文风和学风都是党的作风，都是党风。文风既是一种思维方法，也是一种工作原则。本文研究以漫长的党报文风改革实践的历史进程为基础，考察了1942年《解放日报》改版时期、反“客里空”运动时期、1956年《人民日报》改版时期、“文革”后期以及“走基层、转作风、改文风”时期的文风改革。通过对创造性的经验进行归纳、概括，采用史论结合的方式，从理论高度总结中国共产党党报文风理论的基本内容，并对该理论命题进行评价和反思。本文研究认为，中共共产党党报文风理论离不开深入实际，深入群众，追求新鲜活泼、言之有物的马克思主义文风，用群众喜闻乐见的形式宣传党的思想的基本命题。中国共产党党报文风理论来源于实践观、群众观和耳目喉舌论，是中国共产党实事求是原则、群众路线和党性原则的体现，是党报理论的一部分。它对于指导我们当前正在进行中的“走转改”活动有积极重要的意义。但值得注意的是，党报文风改革历时70多年，历经反复，文风改革被赋予政治目标，文风政治倾向严重，这或多或少地阻碍了党报文风改革实践的历史进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Writing style is an old issue,but also a new problem.Since the Yan’an Rectificationin the1940s,writing style has always been a key focus of work in the Party. Writingstyle and study style are all the Party’s work style.Writing style is both a way ofthinking, but also a kind of working principles.This article is based on reform of the CCP’s party newspaper.It inspected therevision of The Liberation Daily(1942), anti-Kelikong movement,the reform of ThePeople’s Daily(1956), the late “Cultural Revolution” and the “Reach grassroots,Turnworking style,Change writing style” events. Through induction and generalization of thecreative experience, with method of history combined theory, this article summarizeswriting style theoryof the CCP’s party newspaper fromtheoretical level.Besides tha,thispaper makes evaluation and reflection of the theoretical proposition.The article suggests that writing style theory of the CCP’s party newspaper styletheory is inseparable from deep into reality and the masses.The theory also can’t beseparated the pursuit of the Marxist writing style which is fresh,lively and meaningful.Writing style theory of the CCP’s party newspaper comes from the practice view,theviews of masses and the journalistic views of”er mu hou she”. It embodies the truthfrom fact,the “mass line” and the principle of party spirit.Writing style theory of theCCP’s party newspaper is part of the CCP’s newspaper theory.It has a positivesignificance in our “Reach grassroots,Turnworkingstyle,Change writing style”events.It’s worth noting that the writing style reforms of the CCP’s party newspaper lastedfor seventy years.
