四沟隧道洞口滑坡事故的分析和治理

【摘要】 在高速公路隧道的建设过程中,特别在洞口段开挖时,由于设计选线及地质因素等多方面的原因,在开挖过程中经常会遇到边坡失稳的情况。因此需要对此类边坡的稳定性做出比较准确的判断,并及时采取有效的处置措施。论文结合在建十白高速公路的四沟隧道出洞口边坡失稳问题,系统分析了隧道出洞口滑坡事故的产生机理、过程,以及在滑坡后针对洞口地质情况采取的合理整治措施等。主要研究内容有:1、在查阅有关文献的基础上,总结目前已有的隧道洞口边坡稳定性的评价和边坡治理的方法。结合四沟隧道洞口特殊的地质条件,分析了隧道出洞口滑坡产生的过程和原因。2.、根据相关地质资料和现场实际情况制定出相应的处理措施稳定滑坡体,针对抗滑挡墙未能完全稳定滑坡体的特殊情况,以传递系数法为思路分析其失稳原因。结合实测数据进行分析,说明相应的处理方案未达到安全稳定性要求。3.、经综合论证后制定相应的补充治理方案——施作抗滑桩。并根据抗滑挡墙和抗滑桩的受力特点,从安全性和经济性兼顾的角度出发,提出了挡墙和抗滑桩联合治理滑坡的方案,建立了相应的力学模型,进行了合理桩间距的计算。实测数据表明,在抗滑挡墙的基础上补打抗滑桩,综合治理方案满足了边坡稳定性要求。4.、通过有限差分软件FLAC3D对洞口处理方案进行分析研究,得到联合治理措施后的塑性应变区域分布规律,将数值模拟结果﹑理论分析结果和监测结果进行对比,检验了处治方案的合理性和安全性。论文的研究工作,为在建十白高速公路相关隧道的建设提供了参考,对以后类似隧道洞口边坡稳定性综合整治工作也具有借鉴和指导意义。

【Abstract】 In construction of highway tunnels, especially in the excavation of the portal section because of many reasons such as the design and geology, the slope instability may be often happen during excavation. Therefore, it need to judge accurately the stability of the slope and take effective treatment measures promptly.In this thesis the problems in the tunnel exit construction of Sigou Tunnel of Shibai Highway are studied. The reasons and process of the collapse have been analyzed. Meanwhile, the reasonable measures aimed the complicated geometrical conditions at the tunnel exit have been taken. The contents are as follows.1. Based on the related references, the present methods of judgments and treatments for the slope stability are summarized. Combined with the special geological conditions in Sigou Tunnel exit, the process and reasons of the landside in the tunnel exit have been analyzed.2. Based on the geological materials and special situation, the related treatment measures have been proposed. As the landside is not completely stable after first phase of governance by the anti-slide wall, the intrinsic reasons have been analyzed by the translating factor method. The measured data show that the treatment plan has not satisfy the requirement of the safety and stability.3. After a complementary analysis, a supplementary treatment plan is formulated, i.e., the anti-slide pile joint governance landslide is provided. According to the mechanical characteristics of the retaining wall and the anti-slide piles and based on the safety and economic consideration, a combined mechanical model of the retaining wall and the anti-slide piles is proposed. In the study, the rational space between the piles are calculated. The measured data show that the slope stability requirement has been satisfied by the requirement plan.4. The finite difference method software, FLAC3D, is used to analyze the treatment scheme of the tunnel exit. The plastic strain regions have been calculated. Comparing the numerical simulation, theoretical results and the site monitoring, the rationality and safety of the treatment is demonstrated.The results have been referred in the undergoing construction of the highway tunnel. At the same time, they can be referred in the similar situations of excavation of other tunnel portals.
