【摘要】 一维条码技术的应用经历了几十年的发展，在众多领域被广泛应用，为自动化识别技术带来了革命性的改变。与一维条码相比，二维条码具有独特的优势，凭借其在实际使用过程中的高可靠性、较强的纠错性能、更大的数据容量和较高的安全性等优点，使得二维条码在生产和生活中得到广泛的推广和使用。在二维条码中，QR(QuickResponse)码是一种矩阵式的二维条码，除了具有二维码的基本特性之外，还具有中文编码字符广泛、快速识读和更适合表示汉字等特性，因此性能卓越的QR码更加适合在中国被广泛应用。通过对传统会议签到方式现状的分析和研究表明，传统的会议签到通常是以手工签到的方式来实现的。它存在以下缺点：嘉宾邀请卡制作和邮寄成本过高，时效性差；邀请卡携带不方便，容易丢失；现场签到效率较低，管理容易混乱；会后无法统计入场嘉宾的信息等缺陷。而将二维码技术应用于会议签到系统中，可以有效的解决传统签到方式所面临的上述问题。相对于传统会议签到方式存在的缺陷和不足，基于二维码QR码技术的手机签到系统不仅给参会嘉宾带来更高端的用户体验，而且能够给大中型的会议的嘉宾提供快捷、高效、低碳环保的工作和生活方式。同时让会议策划者从设计会议邀请函、印刷会议凭证等繁琐的会议前期准备工作中解放出来，能够专注于会议内容的本身，达到高效召开会议的目的。针对手机签到系统的特殊性，提出基于二维码QR码编码和译码技术的二维码管理模型，采用分布式数据库的设计思想，通过系统权限控制和任务控制，能够对整个系统的有效运行提供支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of one-dimension barcode has been widely used in many fields through dozens of years, it has brought the automatic identification technology a revolutionary change. Compared with one-dimension barcode, two-dimension bar code has a unique advantage, with its high reliability, strong error correction performance, more large data capacity and higher safety and so on, all of these make two-dimension barcode a widely promotion and use in production and life.As a type of two-dimension bar code, QR (Quick Response) code is a matrix type of two-dimension barcode, besides the advantages of two-dimension code, but also it has other advantages, such as the high speed and all-round recognition, extensive coding characters, and more effective Chinese characters to use, so it is widely used in China.Compared with the traditional way in meeting the defects and insufficiency, the QR Code-based mobile phone sign in system not only bring higher user experience to the forum guests, but provide the large and medium-sized meeting guests a way of work and life with fast, efficient and low carbon environmental. At the same time, it bring the meeting planners away from the tedious meeting preparation work, such as designing conference invitation letter, printing meeting documents and so on, then they will have more time to focus on the content of the meeting itself, in order to achieve an efficient meeting.According to the particularity of the mobile phone sign in system, we suggest a management model of the two-dimension code which based on the encoding and decoding technology of the two-dimension QR code, a thought of the distributed database design, and the system access control and mission control, these can provide the whole system an effective operation.更多还原
