脂氧素A4受体、IL-6在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:研究脂氧素A4受体(ALX)与IL-6在大肠癌组织、大肠腺瘤组织以及正常大肠组织中的表达,并观察两者与临床各病理特征间的关系。探讨脂氧素A4受体与IL-6在大肠癌发生发展中的可能机制,为大肠癌的预防、临床治疗及预后提供一定的证据与指导。方法:运用免疫组化SABC法分别检测脂氧素A4受体、IL-6在16例正常大肠黏膜组织、33例大肠腺瘤组织及62例大肠癌组织中的表达。结果:①ALX在大肠的正常组织、腺瘤组织及癌组织中的阳性表达率逐渐降低,依次为87.5%、48.49%、24.19%,三组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);ALX在不同分化程度的大肠癌组织中表达依次减低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);ALX的表达差异性与大肠癌的各临床病理因素间无明显相关性(P>0.05);②正常大肠组织、大肠腺瘤组织、大肠癌组织中IL-6的阳性表达率依次增高,其在大肠癌中的表达分别与正常组织、腺瘤组织相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-6在大肠癌组织中的表达与大肠癌的分化程度、Dukes分期有显著相关性(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别等因素无相关性(P>0.05);③ALX与IL-6在大肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.686,P<0.05)。结论:ALX在大肠癌组织中低表达甚至不表达,其表达阳性率与肿瘤患者各临床病理特征无明显相关性,提示ALX可能在大肠癌发生的早期发挥作用;IL-6在大肠癌中高表达,且与大肠癌的分化程度、Dukes分期相关,其表达可能与大肠癌的发生发展、侵袭转移具有密切相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of lipoxin A4receptor (ALX)and IL-6incolorectal cancer tissue, colorectal adenomas tissue as well as normal colorectal tissue, andanalyze their relationships with clinical pathological factors. To probe into possiblemechanism of lipoxin A4receptor and IL-6in the development and progression ofcolorectal cancer, and to provide certain evidence and guide for prevention, clinicaltreatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Methods: To detect expression of lipoxin A4receptor and Interleukin-6in16cases ofcolorectal normal tissue,33cases of adenoma tissue and62cases of tumor tissue usingimmunohistochemical SABC method, respectively.Results: The positive expression rate of ALX in colorectal normal tissue, adenoma andcancer tissue gradually reduces, followed by87.5%,48.49%,24.19%, comparison betweenthe three groups has significant difference (P<0.05); ALX expresses reductivelysuccessively in different differentiated colorectal cancer tissues, but there is no significantdifference (P>0.05); the different expression of ALX has no obvious correlation with theclinical pathologic factors of colorectal cancer (P>0.05);(2) the positive expression rate ofIL-6in colorectal normal tissue, adenomas and cancer tissue increases successively, and theexpression in colorectal cancer tissue, respectively, compared with the normal tissue,adenoma tissue, the difference has statistical significance (P <0.05); expression of IL-6incolorectal cancer tissue has significant correlation with the degree of differentiation, Dukes staging of colorectal cancer (P <0.05), and there is no correlation in patient factors such asage, gender (P>0.05);(3) Expression of ALX and IL-6in the tissue of colorectal cancershows a negative correlation (r=-0.686, P <0.05).Conclusions: ALX in colorectal cancer tissue expresses lower even does not express, thereis no obvious correlation between its level of expression and tumor patients’ clinicalpathologic factors, which prompts that ALX may play an important role in the early phase ofoccurrence and development of the colorectal cancer; Expression of IL-6in colorectalcancer increases, which is associated with the degree of differentiation, Dukes staging ofcolorectal cancer, the expression have a close correlation with the occurrence anddevelopment, invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
