【摘要】 创新是服务型企业保持竞争优势的根本手段。湖北邮政是传统的服务型企业，自公司化改造以来，通过不断的创新，实现了企业的持续快速发展。湖北邮政综合服务平台的建设和发展就是在邮政企业传统模式的基础上不断创新的成果，其创新活动具备典型的服务创新的特征。长期以来，由于没有针对这些创新活动进行系统的研究和规划，导致创新缺乏持续性和系统性，制约了该平台的进一步发展。本文首先对国内外学者关于服务业创新的相关研究成果进行了梳理和分析，阐述了在当前邮政企业转型发展的大背景下，开展湖北邮政综合服务平台创新研究的目的和意义。其次通过对湖北邮政综合服务平台的发展现状及面临的内外部环境进行了具体分析，找出了影响平台发展的主要问题。然后应用创新的相关理论模型，梳理归纳出湖北邮政综合服务平台构建的理论基础，提出了以创新为核心，按照顶层设计的思路，统筹规划，构建有利于创新活动开展，有利于发挥创新效果，有利于通过创新提升平台竞争能力的湖北邮政综合服务平台构建目标，即打造渠道整合的平台、科学管理的平台、服务创新的平台、客户体验的平台和科技进步的平台。最后从管理创新、服务创新、技术创新、组织创新四个层面，探讨了平台的实施策略。本文理论联系实际，基于邮政企业的转型发展战略，结合现代服务型企业的主要特征，把创新领域的相关研究成果和模型，应用到对湖北邮政综合服务平台的分析和构建中，力图沿着建立科学、系统的创新体系这一方向，探索该平台保持竞争优势的长效手段。本文的研究结论，对于制定该平台下一步的发展规划，提升平台的核心竞争能力，具有一定的指导作用。邮政企业也可以通过借鉴本文的研究思路和研究方法，用于系统解决在邮政金融、速递和其他业务领域中有关服务和创新方面的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is the basic means of service-oriented enterprises to maintain competitive advantage. Hubei post company is the traditional service-oriented enterprise. Since it’s reformation, the company has made sustainable and rapid development through constant innovation. The construction and development of Hubei Postal Integrated Service Platform is based on the traditional model of postal enterprise and the ongoing innovation, which possesses the typical characteristics of service innovation.The lack of the thoroughly research and planning of those innovation activities leads to the lack of continuity and systematic, which restricts the further development of the platform.Firstly, by reviewing and analyzing the relevant research results about the service innovation of the domestic and foreign scholars, this thesis expounds the purpose and significance of carrying out innovation of Postal Integrated Service Platform under the background of the development of the current transformation of Hubei postal enterprises. Secondly, by analyzing the development status of Hubei Postal Integrated Service Platform and the internal and external environment, we find the main problems affecting the development of the platform. And then, the thesis generalize the theoretical basis of Hubei Postal Integrated service platform construction by applying the relative innovation theory models, put forwards the proposal for overall planning with core of innovation and the top-level design. This thesis holds that we should establish Hubei postal integrated service platform which favors the development and adoption effects of innovation activities, to enhance the platform competition ability of enterprise. The platform will be set for a channel integration platform, scientific management platform, service innovation platform, customer experience platform and the progress of science and technology platform. Finally, the thesis discuss how to implement the strategy platform in aspects of the management innovation, service innovation, technological innovation, organizational innovation.This thesis relates theory with practice, and applies the related innovation research results and model to the analysis and construction of Hubei Postal Integrated service platform based on the postal enterprise development strategy and the main features of modern service enterprises, tries to explore the long-term means the platform to maintain a competitive advantage by the establishment of scientific and systematic research. The conclusion of this thesis has reference and direction values for the further development and elevating core competitive ability of platform. Postal enterprises also can learn from this research ideas and research methods to solve the related service and innovation issues thoroughly in the postal financial, courier and other business field.更多还原
