【摘要】 随着城镇化进程的加快，全国高速路网的逐渐形成，城市之间、城郊之间生产要素的流通大大加快，对沿线小城镇的工业发展起到极大的带动作用。甚至可以说，对于工业型小城镇而言，高速公路这一外力的介入对其发展有着突破性的意义，很可能成为推动小城镇实现快速发展的最重要因素。所以本文试图对高速公路影响下工业型小城镇空间发展的特征做了一定的研究，为我国当前工业型小城镇空间发展提供一定的理论依据和经验总结。本文通过查阅文献、实地调研、数据资料对比等方法，以泉南高速影响下永新县的空间发展为例，主要从空间演化特征、空间发展问题以及空间增长机制三个角度对高速公路影响下工业型小城镇的空间发展规律做出了一定的归纳总结，并对高速公路影响下工业型小城镇空间的可持续发展提出了一定的对策建议。首先，高速公路影响下工业型小城镇空间发展的规律主要体现在三个不同的层面，即区域城镇空间、小城镇外部空间以及小城镇内部空间。区域层面：小城镇与区域中心城市的空间关系更加密切，提高了小城镇在区域城镇体系中的地位，并成为高速公路经济带中的重要节点；外部空间层面：高速公路影响下，小城镇空间扩张迅速，高速公路出入口位置成为小城镇空间的增长极，高速公路连接线成为小城镇空间发展的主要方向；内部空间层面：引导了小城镇内部空间重组，包括了用地比例和用地布局的调整，工业用地对高速公路的建设最为敏感。其次，从区域、外部和内部三个层面总结了高速公路影响下工业型小城镇空间发展的问题，主要有工业型小城镇与区域其他城镇空间恶性竞争，外部空间迅速扩张但利用率低，内部功能空间结构失调、空间分散、生态环境破坏等一系列问题。再次，分析了高速公路对工业型小城镇空间发展的影响机制。在高速公路的影响下，工业型小城镇所在的区域环境得到良好发展，其自身的区位条件也得到明显改善，进而在区位效益、集聚效益、规模效益和扩散效益的共同作用下，工业型小城镇的产业、人口、土地、政策、基础设施等要素都发生了改变，从而带动小城镇经济发展和空间演变。最后，从经济产业、规划建设和政策管理三个角度，对小城镇的空间发展提出了一定的对策建议，为高速公路影响下工业型小城镇的发展提供长久动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated industrialization and urbanization, China is building a developedexpressway network, the development of the flow of production factors between cities andcountries have given the industrial small towns ’ economic construction great support andhelp. Passes along with expressway network consummated and connect gradually,industrial small towns would make the breakthrough at its development. For these reasons,this paper attempted to do some researches in the influence of the expressway upon thesmall towns spatial development.By application of consulting document, investigations on the spot and collecting data,based on the example of the spatial development of Yongxin village which influenced byQuan Nan expressway, this paper summed up the laws of industrial small towns spatialdevelopment under the influence of the expressway from three different aspects, whichwere space growth mechanism, space evolution characteristics and space development,and given the countermeasure and suggestions of the Sustainability of the industrial smalltowns spatial development.Firstly, the law of the industrial small towns spatial development under the influenceof the expressway can be analyzed from three different aspects, which are regionalurban-space, the outside and the inside space of small towns.Regional urban-space level: the relationship between the small towns and regionalcenters of urban space are closer,the position of the small towns in the urban system isimproved, and it becomes an important node in economic zones along expressways;outside space of small towns level: the space of small towns expand rapidly under theimpact of expressway, the interchange positions become the growth pole of small town,the connections of expressway become the main direction of small towns spatialdevelopment; inside space of small towns level: it guides the restructuring of inside spaceof small towns, Including the proportion of land and adjustment of land layout, and themost sensitive factor around the construction of expressways is industrial land.Secondly, summed up the expressway industrial spatial development of small towns from the above three levels, it main contain some problems, just like: the viciouscompetition of industrial small towns and other urban spatial, the outside space expandrapidly with low utilization rate, the spatial structure of the inside functions of thedisorders, spatial dispersion, ecological destruction and so on.Third, Analyzed the influence mechanism of the highway on the spatial developmentof the industrial small town. Under the influence of the highway, regional environmentdevelop well where the industrial small towns located. Its geographic conditions havemarkedly improved. The small towns of the Industrial industry, population, land policy,infrastructure, and other factors have changed under the function of the location benefits,agglomeration benefits, diffusion efficiency, Thus promote economic development and thespatial evolution of small towns.In the end, Put forward some suggestions on the spatial development of small citiesand towns through three perspectives of Economic industry, planning and construction,and policy management, provide a long-term driving force for industrial-type developmentof small towns under the influence of expressway.更多还原
