基于WEB的激光焊接数据系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 激光焊接技术因其具有热影响区小、焊接速度快、自动控制容易实现等优点,它在航空工业、机械制造等领域得到应用,但是激光焊接技术在运用推广过程中仍存在着许多障碍。与此同时,随着计算机技术与焊接技术的不断结合,焊接数字化也成为激光焊接技术发展的方向。对激光焊接数据平台的研究可以在解决激光焊接推广运用中存在障碍的同时为激光焊接技术数字化的实现打下基础。本文结合课题项目背景,从系统的总体目标、功能、性能等方面的进行充分的需求分析,系统选用浏览器/服务器(B/S)的体系结构,使用ASP.NET技术进行WEB开发,选择Oracle作为服务器端数据库系统。根据需求分析,按照数据库的设计的有关方法和理论,对系统的数据库进行了创建。系统共设计了登录、工艺查询、数据管理、工艺辅助设计、个人账户管理、帮助等六大功能模块。系统在实现时,采用面向对象的结构模式,整个系统分为数据访问层、业务逻辑层、表示层。最后,根据航空工业的特点,本文对系统设计安全性的问题做了探讨,并从安全访问、数据库安全、服务器安全等方面对系统的安全进行了详细的阐述。激光焊接数据系统的建立,能初步为激光焊接加工人员提供工艺设计指导、为激光焊接研究人员提供可靠的数据参考,提高了激光焊接的加工效率,降低了科研成本。不过由于相关技术仍未十分成熟,系统也存在一些缺陷,例如影响工艺辅助设计精确度的预测模型还需要进一步研究以提供辅助设计的可靠性。

【Abstract】 Laser Welding has been used in the aviation industry,machinery manufacturing andother fields,because of its small heat affected zone, welding speed, easy to realizeautomatic control. But there are also many obstacles in the application of the laserwelding technology. With the combination of computer technology and weldingtechnology, digital welding has become one direction of laser welding technology. TheResearch on the data platform of laser welding can solve the obstacles in the applicationof the laser welding; at the same time can lay the foundation for the digital realization ofthe laser welding.This thesis combines the project background, analyzing requirements from theoverall goal, function, performance. The system uses the browser/server architecture,ASP.NET technology for WEB development, Oracle as the server database system.According to the demand analysis, the database of the system has been created. There aresix major functional modules; they are the login, the data management, the query, theprocess design, the individual account management, and the help. Based the structuremodel of object-oriented, the system is divided into data access layer, business logic layer,presentation layer. Finally, according to the characteristics of the aviation industry, thisarticle study the safety system design problems, and describes the safety of the systemfrom the access security, database security, server security in detail.The establishment of data system of laser welding can to provide guidance for thelaser welding process design and reliable reference data for the researchers. It canimprove the manufacture efficiency and reduces the cost of scientific research. But thereare also some defects such as forecast model needs further research to provide reliability.
