嵌入式全自动收花机控制系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 纺织业是我国的传统产业,研究自动化的纺织机械有着重要的意义。全自动收花机是一款新型的毛衣编织机械,它是一个机电一体化的产品,涉及到机械设计、计算机技术、电子驱动、自动控制、针织工艺等诸多领域,可以完成毛衣组织的编织。本文以研究嵌入式全自动收花机控制系统为主要内容,实现了基于ARM的嵌入式控制系统的设计。首先,阐述了论文的课题背景和意义,对国内外电脑横机的发展现状进行了介绍,概述了本文的研究内容和文章结构框架。介绍了全自动收花机的主要部件构成,分析了具体的工艺编织过程,对全自动收花机进行全面地功能需求分析。在此基础上,提出嵌入式全自动收花机控制系统的总体方案。其次,给出了嵌入式全自动收花机控制系统的硬件架构。整个硬件系统主要采用3片32位ARM Cortex-M3的处理器芯片分别作为嵌入式全自动收花机的上位机、机床主控和机头控制,并相互之间通过CAN总线使各个控制模块之间进行数据交换、达到协调配合。再次,给出了全自动收花机控制系统软件的总体设计,在控制系统软件设计中研究了多个关键问题并予以实现。研究了工艺解析功能、工艺前瞻功能、步进电机加减速控制从而实现精确定位以及间色织物的多纱嘴位置规划等关键问题。最后,主要对开发出的嵌入式系统进行功能测试进行了介绍。对本论文的研究工作进行了总结,对未来的研究工作进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Textile industry is one of Chinese traditional industries. Research on the automaticmachines in Textile industry is of great significance. The automatic knitting machine is anew type of machine in Textile industry. It is a product of mechanical and electricalintegration which is involved in mechanical design, computer technology, electronic drive,automatic control, knitting process, etc. The main content of this paper is the research onthe control system for the embedded automatic knitting machine.Firstly, the background and the significance of the research are stated. Thedevelopment trend and the current research situation of the computer flat knitting machineare introduced in detail. The research contents and the structure of this paper are presented.The composition of the main components for the automatic knitting machine is introduced.The knitting processes and the function requirement of the control system are analysed indetail. Then the control system scheme based on embedded ARM for the automaticknitting machine is proposed.Secondly, the hardware scheme for the control system for the automatic knittingmachine is raised. Host computer using ARM to drive LCD screen as real-time terminalcontroller, the next-bit machine is divided into main control and head control as motordrive controllers.1Mbps high-speed CAN controller is used for data communicationsamong them.Thirdly, the general design of the software for the automatic knitting machine isproposed. Several key problems in the software design are studied and the specificsolutions for them are put forward. The analytical function of the process, the prospectivefunction of the process, the deceleration control for the stepping motor to realize theaccurate positioning and the algorithm for the positions of multiple yarns ensuring that theposition of each yarn is kept at a reasonable value in the knitting process are studied.Finally, the system function test for the embedded automatic knitting machine is done.The study contents and conclusions of the research have been summarized and the further research works have been forecast.
