载重汽车轮胎接地压力研究

【摘要】 本文根据轮胎在实际情况中作用于路面的方式采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立轮胎-沥青路面系统动力学模型,研究静止和滚动过程中轮胎对路面作用荷载特征,提出轮胎接地压力模型。为深入研究沥青路面力学行为,分析早期破坏力学原因,延长路面使用寿命等工作提供一定的依据。根据自然平衡轮廓理论以及国标《GB/T2977-2008载重汽车轮胎规格、尺寸、气压与负荷》对11.00R20子午线轮胎进行了断面轮廓参数的确定。针对轮胎的实际结构,综合考虑轮胎橡胶材料非线性、几何非线性、接触非线性以及复合材料各向异性的力学特性对组成轮胎材料进行合理简化,其中子午线轮胎有限元模型中橡胶帘线材料采用rebar模型简化,路面的实际结构较为复杂,在采用有限元方法建立其模型时对路面结构进行了简化认为路面各层材料为均质、连续、各向同性的弹性材料。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了子午线轮胎与路面结构整体的有限元模型,模型中考虑轮胎与路面接触的非线性边界条件,利用所建立的有限元模型进行了自由充气、静态接地以及稳态滚动三个工况下的有限元计算。基于静载工况研究了轮胎下沉量分别与荷载、胎压的关系,对其分析结果与试验结果进行比较,验证了应用有限元软件分析轮胎的可行性,并建立了下沉量与荷载、胎压三者之间的关系模型。采用Matlab数据分析软件进行编程,可以得出任意荷载和胎压所对应的轮胎下沉量并得到其垂向刚度为进行车辆动力学研究者或其他研究提供依据。基于稳态滚动工况,研究不同胎压与荷载作用下轮胎-路面接地压力分布并建立其接地压力模型。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, according to the tire in the actual situation set up the system dynamicmodel of tire-asphalt pavement by using ABAQUS.Research on the characteristics of thestatic and rolling tires load action to the pavement, put forward the tire ground–contactpressure model. Provide a basis for further research on mechanical behavior of asphaltpavement, analyzes the cause of early damage mechanics, extend the service life of thepavement, etc.According the Natural balance profile theory as well as the national standard “GB/T2977-2977truck tire specifications, size, pressure and load” to sure the section contourparameters of11.00R20radial tire. For the actual structure of tire, the material of tire toreasonable simplification, the following factors are taken in to accounted: the nonlinearity ofgeometry, the nonlinearity of rubber material, the nonlinearity of contact and the mechanicalproperties of composite material anisotropy. Among them, adapt the rebar unit replace therubber cord material in the model. Due to the actual structure of pavement is morecomplicated, so to simplify the structure of pavement in the model by using finite elementmethod, think in each layer materials of the pavement are isotropic elastic materials,continuous and homogeneous.Using the finite element software ABAQUS, set up the whole model of11.00R20radialtire and the structure of the4-6-12pavement.Were considered about the nonlinear boundaryconditions for the tire contact with the pavement in the model. For free air, the staticground-contact and the steady state rolling conditions using the established model for finiteelement calculation. Based on the static load conditions for research on the relationshipamong subsidence and tire pressure, and load and the relationship between the analysis resultsare compared with the test results.To verify the feasibility of tire analysis by using the finiteelement.Set up the model of subsidence and load and tire pressure. Can draw at any load andtire pressure of the subsidence by using the MATLAB software,at the same time get itsvertical stiffness of tire.Provide the basis for the vehicle dynamic, or other research. Based onthe steady state rolling condition, research the tire ground-contact pressure under different tire pressure and load, and set up the model of tire ground-contact pressure.
