高浓度乳化沥青的制备及其混合料性能研究

【摘要】 目前拌和用乳化沥青的沥青含量普遍偏低,特别是用于乳化沥青混合料时,乳化沥青浓度过低会导致沥青混合料出现初期强度低、成型时间长、空隙率大等诸多问题,应用范围受限,因此开发一种浓度高、性能优的乳化沥青迫在眉睫。本文通过挑选配伍性良好的乳化剂、稳定剂及其他添加剂,制备出储存稳定性良好的半固态高浓度乳化沥青,其沥青质量分数达到70%以上。在普通高浓度乳化沥青研发的基础上,掺加SBS改性剂胶乳,使乳化沥青的性能得到显著改善。并对改性高浓度乳化沥青的主要影响因素进行正交试验,确定最佳制备方案,其各项性能指标均满足公路沥青施工技术规范。为了研究自制改性高浓度乳化沥青用于混合料的性能,采用密级配AC-13I进行混合料配合比设计,得到最佳乳化沥青用量为5.8%。在高温养生条件下,改性乳化沥青混合料试件稳定度最大值为11.87kN,基质沥青混合料试件稳定度最大值为8.71kN。改性高浓度乳化沥青混合料的最终强度超过了基质沥青热拌混合料。取国内目前性能较优的拌和用低浓度乳化沥青与自制高浓度乳化沥青和改性高浓度乳化沥青进行混合料性能对比试验,在相同油石比条件下,通过测试混合料的马歇尔稳定度、残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比等指标,分析研究各种乳化沥青用于混合料的路用性能。结果显示,自制高浓度乳化沥青的强度、水稳定性和低温性能均优于低浓度乳化沥青;而改性高浓度乳化沥青的各项性能指标均为最优,SBS胶乳改性剂在乳液破乳后残留在沥青中仍然发挥了较好的改性效果。在最佳乳化沥青用量下,改性乳化沥青混合料的水稳定性试验指标测试合格,也进一步验证了改性高浓度乳化沥青混合料配合比设计的结果。

【Abstract】 The solid content of emulsified asphalt is low at present, especially for emulsifiedasphalt mixture.This situation will cause the poorer pavement performance, such as lowinitial strength, long forming time and high porosity, and that leads the range of applicationsis limited, so the development of a high concentration, excellent performance of emulsifiedasphalt is imminent.In order to prepare a good storage stability of semi-solid emulsified asphalt of highconcentrations through selecting good compatibility emulsifier, stabilizer and other additives,the solid content of emulsified asphalt is greater than70%.On the basis of the research ofordinary emulsified asphalt of high concentrations, emulsified asphalt’s performance has beensignificantly improved by mixing SBS modifier latex. all the optimal values of the maininfluencing factors of emulsified asphalt were given by Orthogonal test, using differentindicators to show the rationality of this proposal, its performance indicators meet theTechnical Specifications for Construction of Asphalt.In order to study the pavement performance of modified emulsified asphalt with highconcentrations, AC-13I is used for mixture design, the optimum asphalt content is5.8%. Hottemperature curing conditions, the Marshall stability maximum of modified emulsifiedasphalt mixture is11.87kN, base asphalt mixture is8.71kN,the former is more than thelatter.The property of modified emulsified asphalt with high concentrations is compared withthat of ordinary emulsified asphalt of high concentrations and emulsified asphalt of lowconcentrations, in the same conditions, analyzing the pavement performance of a variety ofemulsified asphalt mixture through marshall stability, residual stability and freeze-thawsplitting strength.The results showed that emulsified asphalt of high concentrations aresuperior to emulsified asphalt of low concentrations in strength, water stability and lowtemperature performance. The performance indicators of modified emulsified asphalt are thebest. SBS latex modifiers still played a good modification effect after demulsification.Thewater stability indicators of modified emulsified asphalt mixture is qualified under the optimum asphalt content, validated the results of the mix design further.
