汽车维护生产线仿真优化及车间建模研究

【摘要】 随着我国汽车保有量的持续增长,汽车维护对于车辆的意义愈发重要。然而,汽车维修企业普遍存在着维护质量差和作业效率低的问题。这是由于汽车维护生产线缺乏合理的设计,从而导致生产线存在不平衡问题。如何提高维护质量和作业效率,是关系到汽车维修企业的经济效益和长远发展的切实问题,也是本文的研究重点。本文首先讨论了生产线的定义和分类,然后介绍了汽车维护的分类和作业范围。在总结了汽车维护生产线设计方法的基础上,本文建立了汽车一级维护和二级维护生产线的初步设计方案。然后,研究了汽车维护生产线的不平衡问题及通常的解决方法。为后文进行汽车维护生产线的仿真研究奠定理论基础。本文将汽车维护生产线系统视为一个离散事件系统。离散事件系统是系统状态只在事件发生的孤立时间点上发生变化的系统。利用仿真技术对离散事件系统进行研究,可以准确地模拟系统的运行特性,且能够节约时间和成本,是广泛采用的安全、可靠且高效的研究方法。本文首先调查了汽车维护的作业时间和生产环境,然后利用Flexsim建立了汽车维护生产线的仿真模型。Flexsim拥有优秀的三维建模能力,并采用面向对象的技术,是一款强大且易用的仿真软件。为了研究生产线与生产环境的相互影响,对维修车间进行了二次开发。通过仿真,发现生产线存在不平衡问题。重新安排了生产线的工位和作业分配,并利用Flexsim再次建模仿真。仿真结果表明,通过平衡调整,显著地提高了汽车维护生产线的作业效率。本文所采用的方法和研究结果,为研究生产线设计与优化问题以及维修车间的二次开发提供了基于计算机仿真技术的有益探索。
【Abstract】 With the continuous growth of China’s car ownership, the significance of vehiclemaintenance for vehicles is increasingly important. However, there are problems of poorquality of maintenance and low efficiency of operation widespread in many vehiclemaintenance companies. This is due to the lack of reasonable design of vehicle maintenanceproduction line, which has led to the unbalance problems of the production line. How toimprove the quality of maintenance and the efficiency of operation, is a practical issue relatedto the economic benefit and long-term development of the vehicle maintenance company, andis also the research emphasis of the dissertation.The dissertation firstly discusses the definition and classification of the production line,and then introduces the classification and operating range of vehicle maintenance. Based onthe summary of design approach of the vehicle maintenance production line, the dissertationhas established preliminary designs of the elementary maintenance and the completemaintenance. And then, the dissertation researches the unbalance problem of the vehiclemaintenance production line and the usual solutions of the problem, which has laid theoreticalfoundations for the later simulation for vehicle maintenance production line.Vehicle maintenance production line system is regarded as a discrete event system.Discrete event system is the system which states will only change at event occurrence isolatedtime points. The simulation technology used on research of discrete event system canaccurately simulate systems’ operation characteristics and can also reduce the time and cost,which is a safe, reliable, efficient and widely used method. The dissertation first investigatesthe operation time and environment of vehicle maintenance, and then uses Flexsim toestablish a simulation model of the vehicle maintenance production line. Flexsim is powerfuland easy-to-use simulation software with excellent3D modeling capabilities andobject-oriented technology. In order to research the interactions between the production lineand the production environment, the dissertation does secondary development of the repairshop and has found unbalance problems of the production line. Rearrange the stations andoperations of the production line and simulate it based on Flexsim again.The result of the simulation shows that the balance adjustment greatly improves the operation efficiency of the vehicle maintenance production line. The methods adopted andresults of this dissertation provide useful explorations of researches on the design and theoptimization of the production line and secondary development of the repair shop based oncomputer simulation technologies.
