【摘要】 城镇化建设是我国现代化建设的重要组成部分，也是近期学术和实业界的焦点论题。本文首先总结了我国近年来城镇化建设的实践成果，分析了其存在的主要问题，提出了未来发展的方向和目标；在此基础上探讨了私募基金如何推动城镇化建设实现上述目标，并就私募基金在城镇化公共建设项目和商业建设项目中的角色和地位进行了实证性论证，最后以浙江佳源集团城镇综合体建设项目为实案，阐述了私募基金在城镇化建设中的具体运作模式。本文突破了以往城镇化论文以人口、指标或国际比较等角度论述我国城镇化建设的模式，开创性的把推动城镇化具体目标的实现作为立论的基础，分析了私募基金和实现城镇化目标之间的内在联系，并辅以实案对其具体的运作模式进行了深入阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is an important part of China’s modernization, and thefocus in academic and industry recently. This paper summarizes thecurrent practice of urbanization, and analyses the existing problems, thefuture development direction and objectives, the private equity fund topromote urbanization construction to achieve the above targets, and theprivate equity fund’s role and status of public construction andcommercial construction project, at the end elaborates Zhejiang Jiayuangroup’s urban complex building, discusses the private equity funds of thespecific operation mode in construction of urban. This thesis breaks thethrough the urbanization mode in population, index or internationalcomparative aspects, initiatives to promote urbanization specific goals asthe foundation, analyzes the relationship between the characteristics of private equity funds and the realization urbanization goal, andsupplemented by case illustrates the specific operation mode of privateequity fund.更多还原
