【摘要】 众所周知，21世纪是知识经济的时代，市场的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争，是人力资源的有效开发和利用。占领了人才至高点就占据了主动性，就会在市场竞争中脱颖而出，因此，有效地人力资源管理，成为今日企业长久健康发展的关键。在科技高速发展的今天，企业要运用科学化的方法，对人力进行合理的组织、培养和调配，使人力、物力保持最佳比例，同时对人的思想、行为进行引导，充分发挥其主观能动性，真正实现人尽其才、物尽其用的发展目标。人力资源管理系统就是信息技术与人力资源管理相结合，科学的实现企业招聘、岗位描述、培训、绩效评估、薪资福利、晋升转岗等与员工有关的一切信息，并将这些数据集中存储到数据库，实现信息的统一管理。由此可见，人力资源管理在任何企业都是一个重要课题，它直接关系到企业的未来生存与发展。企业人才资源的最终目标是吸引人、培养人、用好人，充分挖掘其潜力、激发其活力。另一方面，随着科学技术的进步，计算机应用于人力资源管理系统是人力资源管理的需求和必然趋势。本文首先介绍了人力资源管理的相关概念和其发展的重要性。其次分析了传统的人力资源管理已不能满足现在企业的发展需求以及当前国内外人力资源管理系统的研究状况。文中探讨了人力资源管理认证系统的核心技术，包括工作流、MVC架构和XML语言的研究和使用。在需求分析阶段，对人力资源认证系统中认证过程包括角色分工、认证环节和认证纬度的具体要求做了详细阐述。论文的主体部分是人力资源认证系统的设计和实现。文章分析了系统性能需求，用户实际的使用环境，以易于系统整合和支持跨平台终端为设计目标，把系统分成WebSphere Portal主页以及后台的应用系统，整个认证系统采用MVC架构。接着，本文描述了系统的数据库设计，包括数据库主要数据表及主要字段。之后，又分别对系统的内部接口和外部接口进行设计。最后对全文进行了总结，展示了基于MVC架构的人力资源认证系统的运行效果和对未来作出的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 As everyone knows, twenty-first Century is the time of knowledge economy, thecompetition of the market is the talent competition in the final analysis, is the effective humanresource development and utilization. Occupation of talent high point took the initiative, willbe in the market competition in the talent showing itself, therefore, effective human resourcesmanagement, become the key to the healthy development of enterprises long-term today.Human resource management is the use of modern scientific methods, performed on a humanrational organization, training and deployment, make manpower, material resources remain inthe best ratio, while the people’s thinking, behavior guide, give full play to their initiative,truly give full scope to the talents, make the best use of the development goals. Humanresources management system is the information technology and human resourcesmanagement combination, scientific enterprise recruitment, job descriptions, training,performance appraisal, salary and welfare, promotion, transfer, and staff of all relevantinformation, and the data is stored centrally to the database, realize the unified management ofthe information.Therefore, human resources management in any business enterprise is an important issue,which directly relates to enterprise survival and development in the future. Enterprise talentresource is the ultimate goal of attracting people, train people, with good people, fully tap thepotential, arouse its vitality. On the other hand, the progress of science and technology,computer application in the system of human resources management is the human resourcesmanagement requirement and inevitable trend.This paper first introduces the concepts related to human resources management and the importance of development. Followed by the analysis of the traditional human resourcesmanagement has been unable to meet the needs of the development of enterprises and is thecurrent domestic and international human resource management system. This paper discussesthe human resource management certification system the core technology, includingworkflow, MVC framework and XML language study and use. During the requirementsanalysis phase, on the human resource certification system certification process includes therole division, part of certification and certification of latitude to the specific requirements ofdetail.The main part of the dissertation is the human resource certification system design andimplementation. This article analyzes the system performance requirements, the user theactual use of the environment, easy to integrate and support cross-platform terminal as thedesign objective, the system is divided into Web Sphere Portal home page as well as thebackground of the application system, the authentication system using MVC architecture.Then, this paper describes the system database design, including database data table and themain field. Later, respectively on the system inside and outside interface design.The final conclusion of the thesis, presents framework based on MVC human resourcecertification system effectiveness and making future prospect.更多还原
