【摘要】 在中学的管理工作中，教务管理无疑是核心工作。目前，很多中学的学生人数己达上千甚至几千的规模，教师人数也在百人以上。学校运行着的各种系统和各类数据库，如学籍管理、成绩分析管理等，已经积累了大量的数据。如何对这些数据进行重新利用，将现有的管理数据转化为可供使用的知识，提高学校管理决策性，提高管理水平和办学质量，是学校急需解决的问题。首先，本文对数据挖掘的相关理论知识进行了综合研究。介绍了数据挖掘的含义，数据挖掘过程与分类，重点介绍了数据分类规则挖掘过程与常用方法。其次，本文通过对燕大附中教学管理的需求进行分析，提出了采用基于B/S模式构建中学教务管理信息系统。根据需求分析结果对教务管理系统进行设计，对教务管理系统有全面的把握，并通过功能图和流程图将教务管理系统模块化，随后对系统的数据库进行介绍。再次，利用ASP为开发语言、IIS为服务器和SQL Server为数据库开发实现了网络教务管理系统，着重介绍了基本信息管理、成绩管理、教学计划管理和学生管理、教学质量评价五个子系统的实现。根据学校当前教务管理系统的具体情况，将数据分类规则方法运用到教学质量评价之中，从学生每学期对教师的教学评价数据中进行数据挖掘，找到课堂教学效果与教师整体素质之间的关系，以便于在班级排课时，进行合理分配，使我们的教务管理工作更加自动化、人性化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In management of a middle school, educational administration is a key work.Atpresent,the enrollment of most middle school has all already been up to scale of as manyas thousand even more than a thousand;teacher’s number has been above a hundredtoo.Various kinds of systems and databases are using in the school,for example,rollmanagement,achievement management and so on. A large amount of data has beenalready accumulated. Many schools are considering the following question:how totranslate the existing management data into the knowledge suitable for using,how toimprove management decision-making in school and improve management level andteaching quality.First of all, the paper analysed the basic knowledge of data mining, discussed themeaning, process and Classification of data mining,and then introduced with emphasisthe process and commonly used methods for data classification rule mining.Secondly, in order to meet the needs of educational administration of the affiliatedmiddle school of Yanshan University, pointed out to develop a middle school educationaladministration system based on B/S model. And then made overall design and detaileddesign for this platform.Through the design, had a comprehensive grasp of thiseducational administration system,and then realized the platform modularization basedon the functional diagram and flow chart.Then the system database design wereintroduced.Once again, developed the network educational administration system based onASP, IIS and SQL Server and four subsystems of this system (basic information, grademanagement, teaching plan management, student management and teaching evaluation)were espically discussed. According to concrete conditions of present educationaladministration, data classification rule mining was carried out in teaching evaluationsystem.
