基于联合脱除的NO氧化特性研究

【摘要】 燃煤产生的NOx给人类带来了巨大危害,近年来我国对环境保护力度日益提高,高度重视对控制NOx排放,制定了严格的排放标准,但是由于烟气中NOx主要是NO不利于脱除,同时脱硝工艺也存在着诸多问题,烟气经过目前应用的脱硝技术很难达到标准。双氧水作为一种强氧化剂进行低温脱除NO具有广阔的应用前景,国内外多有研究。论文采用鼓泡反应床对低温碱性条件下双氧水氧化吸收NO性能进行研究,研究发现烟气中SO2对NO吸收具有一定程度的促进作用,起初随着SO2浓度的增加促进作用增强,当SO2浓度过高时反而会抑制双氧水对NO的吸收。PH值与温度对于双氧水氧化吸收NO影响很大,吸收效率均随着PH值和温度的升高而升高。PH值在升高到一定值以后会抑制双氧水的无效分解,而随着温度的升高对双氧水分解促进作用增强。通过试验发现HO2-离子浓度是影响双氧水氧化吸收NO效率的重要因素,因此提升双氧水中的HO2-离子浓度和提高双氧水的氧化性是提高双氧水氧化吸收NO效率的有效途径,即是研究的目标。双氧水在其它领域的应用成果为向双氧水中加入添加剂,以提升氧化吸收NO效率提供了参考和借鉴。向双氧水中加入Fe2+离子可以促进双氧水分解,同时双氧水氧化吸收NO效率得到了飞跃式的提升。有研究表明双氧水中加入Fe2+离子后,双氧水分解时产生氧化性极强的OH自由基,可与NO反应以提升双氧水氧化吸收NO效率。当双氧水中加入Ca2+离子后,即可抑制双氧水无效分解的又可以提升双氧水氧化吸收NO效率,可以使双氧水在长时间内保持高效吸收NO。试验发现向双氧水中加入尿素后组成复合吸收液,其氧化吸收NO效率与双氧水氧化吸收NO的变化趋势相同,吸收NO效率得到了进一步的增强。

【Abstract】 Coal produce NOx has brought about great harm to human beings. To protect theenvironment is increasing day by day in our country in recent years, attaches greatimportance to control NOx emission, formulated the strict emission standards. Butbecause the NOx in flue gas is mainly is NO bad for removal, denitration technologyalso exist many problems at the same time.The flue gas denitration technology appliedto after the hard to reach standard. Hydrogen peroxide as a kind of strong oxidizer hasbroad application prospects in low temperature removal NO, many domestic andforeign research.Paper by bubbling reaction bed on low temperature alkaline hydrogen peroxideoxidation absorption under the condition of NO performance. Founding SO2in the fluegas has certain promoting effect on NO absorption. At first with the increase of SO2concentration promotes enhanced, when high SO2concentration can inhibit theabsorption of hydrogen peroxide on NO instead. PH and temperature for hydrogenperoxide oxidation absorption of NO influence is very big, absorption efficiency as thePH and temperature rises. PH value after the rise to a certain value will inhibit invaliddecomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and the promoting effect enhance with theincrease of temperature of hydrogen peroxide decomposition. Through experimentfound HO2-ion concentration are important factors that influence efficiency ofhydrogen peroxide oxidation absorption NO. Thus improve HO2-ion concentration andthe increase of hydrogen peroxide of hydrogen peroxide oxidation is an efficient way toimprove the efficiency of hydrogen peroxide oxidation absorption NO. All above is thetarget of study.Hydrogen peroxide in other areas of the application for adding additives to thehydrogen peroxide solution. To enhance the oxidation absorption efficiency of NOprovides reference and reference. To join in hydrogen peroxide Fe2+ion can promote thedecomposition of hydrogen peroxide.And hydrogen peroxide oxidation absorptionefficiency of NO leap ascension. Studies have shown that hydrogen peroxide with Fe2+ions, the decomposed hydrogen peroxide oxidizing strong OH radical.But with NOresponse in order to enhance the hydrogen absorption efficiency of NO. When hydrogenperoxide with Ca2+ions can inhibit invalid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and canpromote the hydrogen absorption. NO efficiency can make hydrogen peroxide in longtime maintain efficient absorption of NO. Found to hydrogen peroxide urea is added toform composite absorbing liquid, after its absorption efficiency of NO oxide and hydrogen peroxide oxidation absorption NO have the same change trend.NO absorptionefficiency has been further enhanced.
