基于云制造的电火花加工云平台的研究

【摘要】 作为制造业重要组成的电火花加工业,在模具制造、航空航天等领域扮演着重要的角色,但目前的发展模式使不少的中小型电火花加工企业在产品的生产与研发等方面面临着重重困境。与此同时,存在许多的科研院校在电火花的研究上拥有优势技术,却缺少与企业合作的机会,造成了技术能力上的浪费。随着信息等技术的发展和用户需求的变化,制造业的服务化已成为制造企业发展的一大趋势。以云制造为代表的网络制造新模式,其核心理念就是将制造作为一种服务提供给用户。根据国内电火花加工机床企业与用户需求现状,并结合云制造的思想,本文提出了基于云制造的电火花加工云平台系统,用户将各种优势电火花加工资源接入平台并实现资源共享,形成优势互补,这种方式能有效地改善企业现状,提升企业竞争力。本文对电火花加工云平台进行了相关研究,主要内容如下:构建电火花加工云平台的层次结构,分析平台系统各层的功能。并对电火花加工资源、平台参与用户、服务的应用模式、运行原理和云制造模式下电火花加工特点做相关研究。针对电火花加工云平台涉及的若干关键技术,主要从电火花加工资源的封装、电火花加工资源的存储、电火花加工云服务的搜索匹配和平台数据库的设计等四个方面进行研究。最后本文对电火花加工云平台系统进行验证,研究电火花加工云平台的网络体系结构,并简要分析ASP技术的工作原理与数据库的访问原理。最后对平台的服务发布、服务的管理和电火花加工工艺决策等功能做相关展示。
【Abstract】 The EDM industries which is a an important component of manufacturing industryplay an important role in the mold manufacturing, aerospace and other fields. But in thecurrent development model, a lot of small and medium EDM enterprises are faced withmany difficulties in the production of machining and researching. At the same time,there are many scientific research institutions which have advantages in the EDMtechnology, but lacking of opportunities to cooperate with EDM enterprises, resulting inthe waste of EDM technical capacity.With the development of information technologies and so on and the changing ofuser needs, manufacturing services nearly have become a major trend in thedevelopment of manufacturing industry. A new network manufacturing modelsrepresented by cloud manufacturing which its core idea is to make manufacture as aservice to use by user.According to the enterprises condition of EDM, this paper builds a EDM cloudplatform based on cloud manufacturing combined with the idea of cloud manufacturing.Users have the various advantages EDM resources access to the cloud platform andshare resource to make up shortcomings each other, improving the enterprise condition,enhancing the competitiveness of EDM enterprises effectively. This paper carries outrelevant research on EDM cloud platform, and the main are as follows:The paper builds the structure of EDM cloud platform and analysis the function ofeach layer of EDM cloud platform, and discuss the EDM resources, platformsparticipating users, services, application mode and operating principles and the EDMmanufacturing characteristics in the mode of cloud manufacturing.Aimed at a number of key technologies involved in EDM cloud platform, the papermainly study four aspects from the virtualization of the EDM resources, the storage ofthe EDM resources, the needs matched with EDM cloud services, the designing ofEDM cloud platform database.Finally, the EDM cloud platform is verified in paper. This paper makes a briefanalysis of the principle access to the database though the ASP technology, as well asthe network architecture of the EDM cloud platform. Showing the service publishing,the service management and the machining process planning of EDM technology in theEDM cloud platform in the end.
