矿用小型防爆装载机性能分析

【摘要】 本文利用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS和液压仿真软件AMEsim对小型矿用防爆装载机进行机液联合仿真,针对装载机在实时工况下所产生的问题利用原先样机中的各项参数结合联合仿真模型达到所期望的目标,主要内容包括:(1)运用数学方法建立工作机构各铰点位置坐标的计算公式,采用静力学方法建立ZLY06装载机工作机构的静力学公式;最后建立了装载过程中的装载阻力公式,计算出装载机作业过程中的外负载值。(2)将装载机各工作机构零件在PRO/E环境下进行三维实体建模及虚拟装配,导入ADAMS中,定义工作机构的属性﹑添加约束﹑建立驱动函数﹑模拟作业工程中受到的铲掘阻力以及外部负载,在ADAMS中对该机在一个工作循环下进行仿真分析并和理论计算值进行比较,验证实测手段建立的装载机三维模型的准确性与正确性。在ADAMS中建立路面模型及轮胎模型为机液联合仿真做必要的准备。(3)利用AMEsim建立该装载机液压系统模型;考虑路面及轮胎因素,将机械模型与液压模型进行联合仿真,在不同工况下对装载机的工作性能进行分析,为该装载机进一步开发提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 This paper aims at the problems appearing in real conditions caused by Small MiningAnti-explosive Fully Hydraulic loader, using mechanical dynamics software ADAMS andhydraulic simulation software AMEsim to process co-simulation for the Small MiningAnti-explosive Fully Hydraulic Loader and get the desired goal through original prototype ofthe parameters,the main contents include:(1)Use mathematical method to establish the mathematical model of each hinge;Usethe static method to establish the working body mechanics model;Finally,establish theshovel loading process resistance model and calculate the value of external load during thejob process.(2)Establish3D model for all the parts of loader and make virtual assembly in PRO/Eenvironment and then import the model into dynamic software ADAMS,define the attributesof working bodies、add the constraints、drive function,At last make a comparison between thesimulation value and the calculate value.(3)Using hydraulic simulation software AMESIM to establish loader hydraulicsystem. Through the combination between dynamics software ADAMS and hydraulicsoftware AMEsim considering the road and tire factors,analyze the working characters ofZLY06loader and make a evaluation of the characters in different operating conditions.
