【摘要】 高校校园文化作为社会主义先进文化的一部分,对促进大学生德智体美全面发展,推动大学生的健康发展以及社会主义社会的进步有着重要意义。近些年来,随着女大学生在高校中数量和所占比例不断增加,女大学生群体在高校中和社会上的地位也不断凸显出来,她们的健康成长对整个大学生健康成长和社会的进步有着重要作用。良好的校园文化有利于提高女大学生的交际能力和思想道德素质,有利于帮助她们确立主体意识,树立正确的就业观和婚恋观等。但是由于受社会传统观念的束缚和女大学生在生理、心理、思维方式上存在的差异性,女大学生在成长的过程中,出现了一些亟需我们解决的问题。这些问题主要包括：淡漠的政治观念、不正确的婚恋观念、不合理的就业观念等。笔者主要从校园文化建设角度,寻找更好的方法来解决这些问题。第一,要加强校园文化“三风”建设,营造性别和谐的校园文化环境,建设健康的校园网络文化环境等来优化女大学生的成长环境。第二,强化高校校园文化的育人功能,促进女大学生的全面健康发展。第三,要开展丰富的女性文化活动,提供女大学生成长的广阔平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the lays of the socialist advanced culture, College campus culture has an important instructional significance for all-round development of morality, intelligence physique and aesthetic of university students, the healthy growth of the university students and the progress of the socialist society. With the number of female college students increasing in recent years, the group of female college students unceasingly highlights on the university and social status. Their healthy growth has an important influence on the progress of the society and the healthy growth of all college students.Good campus culture is beneficial to improve female college students’ communicative ability and the ideological and moral quality, help them establish subject consciousness and set up the correct employment view and notion of love and marriage etc. But, the process of female college students growth needs us to solve some problems, because of the bondage of traditional concept of society and their differences of female college students in the physiology, psychology and way of thinking. These problems mainly include indifference of the political view, incorrect employment view, unscientific notion of love and marriage and so on. The author mainly finds better ways to solve these problems from the perspective of the campus culture construction in this paper. First of all, we should optimize the environment of the growth of female college students through strengthening " the Three-style construction" of campus culture, building gender harmonious campus cultural environment and building network cultural environment of healthy campus.Secondly, we should strengthen the educational functions of campus culture to promote all-round development of female college students. Thirdly, we should provide the broad platforms for the growth of female college students through launching all kinds of female cultural activities.更多还原
