【摘要】 合作社作为提高单个农户市场谈判地位、降低交易成本,提高农户收入的互助性组织,在政府的大力推动下,获得了较快的发展。但由于发展时间较短,仍存在许多问题,而如何从合作社内部入手,提高其自我发展能力,以解决合作社在发展中存在的问题,提高其市场竞争力成为本文研究的出发点。本文首先对农民专业合作社进行了法律概念界定,并介绍了国内外关于合作社发展的交易成本理论和委托代理理论、人力资本理论和企业能力理论,为从自我发展能力角度研究合作社发展提供理论支撑。其次,在理论支撑的基础之上,简要分析了农民专业合作社的发展现状,并以广西为例,定性分析合作社的自我发展能力及其影响因素,为本文的研究提供实际支撑。然后,根据指标体系的构建原则,从合作社组织管理能力、经营能力、服务能力和争取外界支持能力等四个维度,选择了20项指标,构建了农民专业合作社自我发展能力的评价指标体系。并对广西30家农民专业合作社的自我发展能力进行力了度量评分,认为合作社的自我发展能力总体较弱；通过聚类分析,将合作社自我发展能力分为最强、较强、一般、较差和很差五个类别,认为合作社应根据所属类别的特点,有针对性地选择战略发展方式,增强合作社的自我发展能力。最后,在定性和定量分析的基础上,从合作社的组织管理、经营、服务和争取外界支持等四项能力出发,有针对性地提出提升农民专业合作社自我发展能力的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmers’professional cooperatives as a mutual organization can improve individual farmers market bargaining position, lower transaction costs and improve of farmers’income. Under the push of government, the cooperatives obtained fast development. But due to the short development time, there are still many problems. So how to improve the self-development ability of the cooperative from its internal, in order to solve the problem that existing in the development of cooperatives and improve the market competitiveness becomes the starting point of this paper.First, the paper introduces farmers’ professional cooperatives legal concept, and introduces transaction cost theory, principal-agent theory, human capital theory and enterprise competence theory. These concepts and theories provide theoretical support to study cooperative development from self-development ability. Secondly, on the basic of the theories, this paper analyzes the current development of farmers’professional cooperatives. And taking cooperatives of Guangxi as an example, qualitative analyzes the self-development ability of the cooperatives and the influencing factors of the ability. These become the practical support. Then, according to the principle of the construction of index system, the paper constructs the evaluation index system on the self-development ability of farmers’professional cooperatives. The evaluation index system including four dimensions:cooperative organization and management ability, operation ability, service ability and the ability to get outside support. And the evaluation index system has twenty indicators. The paper grades the self development ability of thirty farmers’ professional cooperatives in Guangxi, and thinks that the self-development ability of the cooperatives is weak. Through clustering analysis, self-development ability of the cooperatives can be divided into the strongest, stronger, general, poor, and poor five categories. This paper considers that the cooperatives should select strategic development way to according to the characteristics of the category. Finally, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, from the cooperative organization and management ability, operation ability, service ability and the ability to get outside support, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote self-development ability of farmers’ professional cooperatives.更多还原
