梯度孔隙率材料数字化成型技术的研究

【摘要】 随着时代的发展,环境保护问题引起了人们越来越多的关注。噪声污染已被列为环境污染的四大公害之一。如何降低噪声污染已成为世界目前迫切要解决的问题之一,近些年来对于吸声材料及结构的研究也成为了当今社会的关注的焦点。本文针对当前吸声结构普遍存在的加工困难,成本高,有效吸声范围小的缺点,提出了有效吸声范围大,吸声效果好,抵抗弯曲变形能力高而且经济性好的梯度孔隙率吸声结构。本文研究重点内容是梯度孔隙率结构的数字化成型技术。通过对当前数控技术现状和发展趋势的研究,设计开发了一套高效准确的数控系统,解决了普通的数控系统无法精确加工梯度孔隙率结构的难题。首先介绍了研究课题的背景及意义,并对吸声结构和数控技术的发展现状进行了简要的概括。提出了梯度孔隙率吸声结构,对其数字化成型系统进行了结构的设计,简要概括了整个系统的组成部分。其次针对所设计的数字化成型系统的特点,完成了整个系统的硬件部分和软件部分的设计。实验平台的硬件设计包括机械和控制部分。软件部分采用模块化设计,将整个系统的功能细分成不同的子程序,使用VC++语言进行程序编写,调试。最后使用设计完成的数控系统对梯度孔隙率材料自动成型。对孔隙率不同的模型进行了吸声实验和抗弯性能测试实验。收集实验数据进行分析计算,结果证明了梯度孔隙率材料吸声效果好,抵抗弯曲变形能力强,经济性好,有一定的发展前景。
【Abstract】 With the development of the times, the issue of environmental protection has attracted moreand more attention of the people。Noise pollution has been listed as one of the fourenvironmental pollution nuisance. It how to reduce noise pollution is an urgent problem to besolved in the world. In recent years the study of sound-absorbing material and structure hasbecome the focus of today’s society.Through to the contrast of different sound absorbing structure, we put forward a gradientporosity structure which has good sound absorption effects and greater elastic modulus. Thispaper focuses on the gradient porosity structure of CNC technology.In order to solve the problems that ordinary CNC systems cannot manufacture the gradientporosity structure, we design an efficient and accurate numerical control system according to theresearch of CNC system.First, the paper describes the background and significance of the research topic and give asummary of the development status and sound absorbing structure and CNC technology. Inorder to complete Gradient porosity sound absorbing structure, we design the structural of CNCsystem and explain parts of the system.Second, we complete the design of a hardware portion and a software portion of the entiresystem square up the characteristics of the CNC system. Experimental platform hardwareportion include mechanical and control components. The software part makes up differentmodules and the functionality of the entire system is broken down into different subroutineProgramed by VC++language.Finally, the gradient porosity material is made by the design CNC system. We do the Soundabsorption experiment and the modulus of elasticity experiment.According to the analysis of collected data, results show that the gradient porosity materialis sound absorption effect and great elastic modulus.At the same time, it saves the economy. So,it will be applied wildly In the near future.
