【摘要】 商贸文件因其应用领域的特殊性、专业性、实用性而有别于其他英语文体。它们不以语言的艺术美为其追求的目标,而是讲求逻辑上的清晰性,思维上的准确性以及结构上的严谨性。本文从国际贸易中常用的商贸文件着手,先后对交易准备、交易磋商、合同执行，及后期管理过程中所使用的商务函电，商业往来中的最为重要的法律凭证——商务合同，以及业务执行过程中所涉及的信用证、商业发票、原产地证、提单、汇票等重要商务单证的文体风格进行剖析。以发现问题、研究问题、解决问题为主要研究过程，根据不同商贸文件的文体风格及使用背景进行针对性翻译研究,力求能够在翻译实践的过程中深层次地挖掘其内在的翻译策略、原则、技巧。在翻译策略的选择上，我注意到由于合同类文件对准确性、精密性的要求很高,所以在翻译策略上我选用了直译及动态对等。这样译文在保留了原文写作风格的同时,还做到了忠实原文、明晰易懂。在翻译原则、翻译技巧的选用处理上,本文也是参照上述方法，采用信与达的原则来解决合同以及信用证中出现的贸易术语、缩略词、地名、包装方式等关键点的翻译问题。采用语序调整法、分译法来解决合同中语句过长、同一语句中包含内容点过多的问题。通过本次研究，我进一步认识到只有针对原文的文体风格、文本功能选取翻译策略、原则及技巧，才能进而使涉外商贸文件的翻译更加科学化、规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The writing styles of business documents are different from other styles for their special, professional and practical applications. They don’t put more emphasis on the artistic beauty of language use, but on the logical clarity, exact thoughts and well-knit organization. This report is approached from business documents’ translation, it has analyzed the writing style of business correspondences which are used in transaction preparation, transaction negotiation and contract execution and management, business contracts which are legal vouchers in business transaction, and L/C which is used in the execution of contract and transaction. The main research process is to find these problems, to research these problems and to solve these problems. It makes a translation research on the basis of the writing styles and backgrounds of different business documents to find their deep-leveled intrinsic translation strategies, principles and skills.For example: On the choices of translation strategies, I realized that the accuracy and precision of business contracts was in a higher demand. Therefore I chose the literal translation and dynamic equivalence as their translation strategies. The translated texts have been kept the original writing style while they are kept loyalty to the original texts and easy to be understood in this way. On the choices of the translation principles and skills, I also adopted the analysis method above. For example: I adopted the translation principles of faithfulness and expressiveness to solve the key problems of business terms, addresses, abbreviations and packages in the L/C translation. I adopted the translation skills of inversion and division to solve the problem of long sentences which consist many points in the business contracts translation. Through this translation research, I have learned that I should choose the translation strategies, principles and skills according to the writing styles and textual functions.
