烟草南非隔离育苗方式的综合评价

【摘要】 本文从烟苗素质、育苗成本、农艺性状、烟叶化学成分以及产量产值等方面,对烟草南非隔离育苗、两段托盘育苗和常规漂浮育苗三种育苗方式进行对比研究,主要研究结果如下:1)不同育苗方式对烟苗素质的影响明显,南非隔离育苗出苗率明显高于两段托盘育苗和漂浮育苗,且南非隔离育苗增加了烟苗根、茎叶干重,在干物质积累、根系生长发育上,南非隔离育苗>两段托盘育苗>漂浮育苗;南非隔离育苗方式能显著提高烟苗素质,所育烟苗根系发达,茎杆粗壮、柔韧性好,叶片数多,抗性较强;南非隔离育苗方式培育的烟苗农艺性状、经济性状、烟苗素质表现较好,且所需场地要求简单,易操作,设施投入少,运用成本低。2)南非隔离育苗移栽后还苗期较短,出叶速率较快,吸肥能力较强,能早生快发,在大田生长期,在农艺性状方面表现出了显著的优势,表现为南非隔离育苗>两段托盘育苗>漂浮育苗。3)南非隔离育苗可以显著提高产值、产量和上等烟比例,从而提高烟叶的产值和均价,经济性状综合表现出南非隔离育苗>两段托盘育苗>漂浮育苗。4)南非隔离育苗方式下,烤后不同部位烟叶化学成分均在适宜的范围内,下部叶、中部叶、上部叶施木克值分别为1.91、1.82和1.7,烟叶化学成分协调性,工业可用性最佳。

【Abstract】 The thesis studied three different seedling culture modes of Nicotiana tabacum including South Africa Isolation seedling, the floating seedling and temporary planting seedling though seedling quality, seedling-rearing cost, agronomic characters, chemical components, yield and economic characters. The main results showed as follows:1) The different seedlings had great influence on seedling quality. The germination rate and biomass of root, stem and leaf of the South Africa isolation seedling was much higher than those of the other two approaches. The South Africa isolation seedling had well developed root system, robust stem, more leaves numbers, a strong resistance to disease. Africa Isolation seedling needed lower seedling-rearing cost, because of lower land rental fee and labour cost.2) Because Africa Isolation seedling had short seedling stage after transplant, rapid rate of leaf emerging, strong fertilizer absorption ability, It promoted the growth of tobacco plant. Compared to those of the other two seedling approaches, South Africa Isolation seedling improved agronomic characters during the tobacco field growth phase.3) Africa Isolation seedling significantly increased yield, high quality leaf proportion, average price and output values of tobacco. Total economic characters were:Africa Isolation seedling> temporary planting seedling>the floating seedling. Tobacco chemical component contents of different part leaves of Africa Isolation seedling were appropriate to high quality cigarette production.4) The Sehmueks number of different part leaves respectively was1.91for lower leaves,1.82for middle leaves and1.7for upper leaves. The chemical composition of tobacco leaves was harmonious, industrial availability of tobacco leaves was best.
